Roger is an amazing Pet Carer! He even let our miniature poodle Dolly sit on his bed and watch Animal Planet! Then at night sleep on the End of it. Dolly has the energy of a Cruise Missile Full On! When it comes to playing! His neighbor had a small dog and Dolly loved playing with him for hours plus Roger took Dolly out for multiple walks a day! This company hires only the people that truly love interacting with Pets! We were Blessed to have been able to book dates for Dolly twice in 4 months! Dolly seemed reluctant to leave her Furry Play Pal when we arrived to take her home and Roger said please bring her again anytime and we most certainly Will!
I’ve been using PetStay for 12 years and can’t recommend them highly enough. Pip loves going to stay with Val, it’s her second home and she’s always been very well looked after.
Zena seems to have had a lovely time staying with Barbara for the first time. The whole process was very smooth with excellent communication with both Barbara and Claire. I’m sure Zena is looking forward to her next stay 😊
Another 5 star review for Ian and Caroline who have looked after our various dogs for many years. Sam is a unique, adorable but a little strange lab cross. Ian and Caroline obviously genuinely love him and I never have a seconds worry knowing he’s with them.
I have been using PetStay Norfolk for a while now. My dog Pablo stayed with Sam and Colin on two occasions over Jan to March 2025. For the first stay, I was a little apprehensive but Samantha and Colin were very welcoming. By the time I picked up Pablo at the end of the 2week stay, I could tell that he had a great time with this family. On the second occasion, Pablo ran straight away into the house to greet Samantha and Colin like old friends. That really made me feel so comfortable leaving Pablo there, this time for 3 weeks. Pablo looked very much at home with this family. Samantha was very quick to respond to any of my messages enquiring about Pablo and sent me photos too. I would definitely recommend PetStay and Samantha and Colin without hesitation if you are looking for somewhere to leave your dog while you are away.
We can’t thank Tracey and Mark enough for taking such good care of Paddy while we were away on our our recent holiday. It was clear from the regular updates that he was happy, settled and having a lovely holiday of his own. Tracey and Mark completely embraced him as part of the family, he enjoyed lots of fun and games, and plenty of walks too; I know he will have enjoyed exploring lots of new places and sniffs! It was the longest we have been away from Paddy and it was wonderful to have complete peace of mind that he was being so well cared for.
We have been using Petstay and Jane for many years, both with our previous dog Wilma and now Jessie. Lynn and Ray look after Jessie as if she is their own. The service provided is five star! Jessie is happy and contented and enjoys her walks along the canal. Lynn sends us lots of up-dates and pictures of her stay. Jessie is always loved and cared for and I couldn't recommend Jane and Petstay mire highly!
We have used our carers for a while now and our whippet is well cared for and settles down easily . Regular photos while we are away keep our minds at rest . Pet stay is far better than boarding kennels in my opinion
It’s very reassuring to know that your pet is having a home from home experience. Sue and Neil looked after Syd back in November and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday
Such a great service for Frank our dog and us! The booking service is so easy as well as meeting up with Franks carer. Day stays are great and he spent a week with Wendy and he seemed to have a great time and gave us peace of mind whilst we were apart. Totally recommended.
Milo Tazoo, our little Shih Tzu, was boarded through Petstay. Karen, his host, sent us regular pictures and updates; Milo always enjoys his visits. Unforetunately, we were caught up with the Heathrow Incident: Karen was able to look after Milo for the extra few days, which took a great deal of worry from the situation. Many thanks!

Our dogs had a great time with Pat and Geoff in Staffordshire. I felt more comfortable leaving them in a loving home rather than kennels and would highly recommend.
Pip has returned from a 2 and half week stay with Verity and Sid. This is the second time she has been in their care. Although she is excited to see us when we go to pick her up I get the distinct impression she doesn't really want to leave! A testament to the care and attention she gets from Verity. We had almost daily photos detailing Pip's various walks and her cuddles. We have used Petstay many times with 4 different boarders, I cannot recommend this way of 'boarding' your dog enough, we have always had positive experiences.
We chose PetStay to have that home from home experience and that is exactly what we get every time. We have used the same dog carer at least 10 times now and every time I know they will be well looked after. Would 100% recommend!
Poppy has been going to Alison and Frank for a few years now and has a wonderful time whilst there and gets very excited as we pull up at their address. Its a real home from home and Alison sends us updates whilst we are away via whatsapp. We now class them as our friends.
Willow is an emotional support dog for my daughter and they are very bonded so we were a little anxious about leaving her but Geri and Mike were fantastic - knew exactly how to deal with her initial anxiety and within a few hours we were getting (much needed) photos of her cuddled up with Mike on the sofa. Regular photos right through our weekend break were much appreciated. Willow is looking forward to her next stay with them! Cannot recommend highly enough. Chris & Yvonne Nicholson We were lucky enough to have Carolyn and Martin look after Jack on our first booking with Pet Stay, that was eight holidays ago. Our last holiday in February of this year was 22 nights in Thailand. It seemed a long time to be away but with Carolyn and Martin looking after Jack we had complete piece of mind. On the morning we travelled to heathrow I dropped off Jack, he ran to the door tail wagging, Carolyn picked him up and he was settled within minutes. Sophia matched us with Carolyn and Martin from our first holiday and they are perfect for Jack, when we come home we know he has had the best of care from two people he has come to love and they love him too. I would always recommend PetStay, for piece of mind and a very professional service.
