We have been using Petstay for 9 years and have always had a great experience. Although it is not about us, it is all about our little Westie. We have just left her with Christine from Wymondham Norfolk for 10 nights while we caught some winter sun. We received updates everyday with photos/videos of where they had been and what they had been doing. Christine really went the extra mile, taking our little girl out on play dates, car trips and spoiled her rotten for her birthday, which helps us to relax knowing she was in safe hands. It appeared that she had as great a holiday as we did.
Always happy to leave ESME with Hilda, We have complete peace of mind when we go away on holiday, knowing our girl is happy - its like a home from home for her!!
I have used Petstay twice this year and the service and level of care is amazing. Both Sue and Simon are fantastic with my dog Missey, and she loves being with them. I have never left my dog with anybody apart from close family and I was put at ease immediately. I looked forward to the daily photos to see what she was up to and to know she was so well looked after means we will keep coming back. Thank you Petstay ❤️
We have used Petstay four times in the last year as we have needed cover for four family occasions, 3 weddings and a big birthday. Maggie looked after Molly, our lively labrador each time and although we didn't like leaving her, we knew she was being cared for and her needs were being met. Petstay provides home from home care for your pet at a reasonable price. I would use it again if the need arose.
We have used PetStay for over 2.5 years now for our dog Loki. We always receive plenty of photos and updates regarding his stay with his doggy carer Julie. We always feel safe that Loki is being looked after well. He is always playing with toys that stimulate his mind and I'm sure if he could talk he'd say he had fun too. We book Lokis stays with Sophia, who always communicates with us in a professional and prompt manner. Thank you
I am always very anxious to leave my little chihuahuas when I go away. PetStay were very professional and Sophia was very helpful and understanding. On meeting Chris and Ann I was immediately put at ease with their kind and caring nature. Evie and coco were very well looked after with lots of cuddles. Chris and Ann updated me with messages and photos while I was away which was a great help to me. I would highly recommend PetStay and especially Chris and Ann
We have used PetStay for years now and when in between owning our own dogs for a couple of years we were carers for them ourselves for a while. I don’t honestly think I would ever be happy leaving our dogs with anyone else, PetStay take great care in matching both you and your dogs with the carers and you even get the opportunity to meet the carers in their own home with your dogs, prior to committing to a first booking. We recently moved to Scarborough from the Leeds area, but we do love one carer in particular, Val Lister who is in Leeds! so much so, that whenever possible we will try and book Val first. Even before going to our local PetStay service! Albeit our new local carers are equally excellent, it’s just that our dogs have established such a good rapport with Val that they even look sad to have to go home with us again! Typical spoiled grandkids routine! Which we again love! and which gives us such reassurance that they are well cared for whilst we are away.
This is the third time we have used Petstay with two different carers and both were excellent, and can’t recommend them enough. I don’t think I could ever put my dogs in a kennel so this is an excellent alternative and puts my mind at rest whilst on holiday.
This was Henry our golden retriever’s first stay away from home. We were very anxious but Alison and Ian put our minds at rest and updated us as to how Henry was later that day. He took everything in his stride thanks to the welcome he received and how well he was looked after. Organising this stay and his next visit was straightforward - knowing Alison and Ian loved having Henry to stay, he will no doubt have a great time later this year.
This is the 2nd time we have used Petstay and both times have been great. Recently Bentley stayed with Carole and Brian and he had a great time. We got regular updates and would happily use them again.
We have used Petstay for our dog Bella for the past eight years and have two or three regular carers that she stays with. We have found it very reassuring going away on holiday knowing she is so well looked after in a home from home environment. We can highly recommend the service!
Kevin and Tracy are amazing we wouldn’t leave Lyla with anyone else They are kind caring people who you can tell enjoy looking after your fur babies It’s all we want is to go on holiday and know that our girl is going to be ok with them … she will always be our main priority and leaving her with Kevin and Tracy means that we can go away and know that she is in the safest of hands I can’t recommend Petstay enough everything is sorted out for you and you are given all the information you need to make your dogs stay perfect
I know my dog is safe and having fun whenever I use PetStay. The sitters always send loads of pictures and messages and I don’t worry at all. PetStay are great and the sitters fantastic
I can't thank Dave and Nelva enough for taking such good care of our boxer Boo, she has stayed with Dave and Nelva on two occasions, she is extremely happy there loves her walks each day and being cuddled up on the sofa, it's a home from home for her, we enjoy getting daily pics and videos of Boo out and about, on her adventures.it make leaving her, while we are away so much easier knowing she is happy and being taken care of so well.
After booking a short break, we then faced the trauma of finding someone to look after our Lilac (Lil. ) As we hadn't left her before, we were a bit worried about leaving her and keen to find the exact right person. We decided to use Petstay West Midlands as we'd heard really good reviews. We were put in contact with Maggie who lived quite local. On meeting Maggie, it was clear that she is a real dog lover, and really happy to let Lil become part of her family for a few days. She put us at complete ease. She asked Lil's likes and dislikes, her routine and where she likes to sleep. We were a little concerned about this, as we allow Lil on our bed at night, and we thought perhaps this wouldn't be acceptable to Maggie. No such thing. She said her bed is a bit high, but she has a set of steps, that Lil could use to climb up! After the initial meeting, it was quite a few months before we were due to go on holiday, so we asked if we could meet Maggie again just to make sure Lil hadn't forgot her. Maggie was more than happy with this. She wanted to do everything to make us feel at ease. While we were away, Maggie sent daily updates, with photos. It was clear that Lil was absolutely fine, in fact she was having the time of her life, being completely spoilt. As Maggie said, it's Lil's holiday too! On our return, it was lovely to see Lil so relaxed, and treating Maggie's home as her own. Maggie is a really lovely lady and we definitely would be happy to leave Lil with her again.
Just got back from our holidays. Was so worried about our dog ( who can be a hand full at the best of times) but Maggie our life saver was absolutely brilliant gave us lot's of update picture's even though I was texting her and being a nuisance she made me feel reassured thanks a million xx
Fantastic care as always. Jack can be a nervous dog but is always delighted with his Petstay stays! Anne Marie takes great care of him and he feels relaxed and happy with her

Our 13-month-old Labrador, Poppy, had a great three-day stay with Nicky in Kirkheaton, Huddersfield. Nicky was a brilliant host and informed us on how Poppy had settled in and what she was doing. I would happily leave Poppy with Nicky in the future and would not have found her without PetStay, which provided an easy-to-use and reliable means of finding a great holiday home for our dog.
Our staffie girl Phoebe seemed to be really well looked after and made to feel part of the family, we had daily updates and photos of her stay showing her out on walks and relaxing on the sofa or in her bed, this all helped us have a stress free holiday knowing she was being well looked after, I would definitely recommend PetStay and her lovely carers Nicola and Lee,thank you.
