Barney loves staying with Jenefer and Don while we have our annual holiday. I get regular updates and photos of how Barney is doing. We enjoy our holiday so much more knowing that Barney is being taken excellent care of, he goes in waging his tail so happy to see Jenefer and Don.

The lady who looked after my dogs , Jackie , made them feel at home and took great care of them. It was easy to arrange and I got the chance to visit Jackie with the dogs before their stay . I would highly recommend

Izzie really enjoyed her stay with Tracey and Mark. We left her, feeling very happy that she would be well looked after. Tracey took time to really listen to our details and to learn about Izzie. We would very happily have Izzie stay with them again.

Nigel had a great holiday with Ann & Chip. We knew when we first met Ann that Nigel would be really well looked after and Nigel had really enjoyed having the company of another dog (Chip)!!!. Lots of walks, visits to cafes and running about in Anns garden, we enjoyed our time away knowing that Nigel was in great hands. Wouldn't hesitate to use Petstay Glasgow and Ann again to look after Nigel.

We knew our dog wouldn't cope well in a kennel when we go away, so were keen to find somewhere that felt like a home away from home for him, and with someone we felt we could really trust. Linking up with our local PetStay sitter has given us all just that. We were matched with someone who could offer the environment perfectly suited to our dog's needs, and were really reassured in having a commitment-free initial meet-up in the sitter's house to introduce everyone and get a sense for it it was a good match. It was, and our sitter is now someone we feel confident and happy to come back to regularly, and has become like a friend to us (as well as our dog - who drags us right to her front door every time we're in the area!) PetStay is a little pricier than some other options we looked at, but we think it's totally worth it for all the reassurances it offers. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Both my Cockapoo’s had a fabulous time staying with Heidi and Chris whilst we were on holiday in Japan. We had regular updates and they appeared to have a great time!

Jasper our dog had a fabulous stay with Roger, he is a perfect carer. Jasper was really well looked after and had a lovely time. Roger is a very caring, lovely gentleman and made Jasper feel really at home. Will definitely book Roger again.

As with most dog owners, we want what is best for our pet and decided to use PetStay. The initial communications were excellent and we were quickly paired with Mark who arranged for a home visit. It was clear he was experienced and made us feel comfortable immediately. During the holiday, we received regular photos and videos which reassured us that our dog was having the best time and was in safe hands. On our return, Mark was very complimentary about our dog's behaviour and it was a sign that she didn't want to leave and was 'pining' for a few days afterwards. Would definitely recommend PetStay and especially Mark, a genuine safe pair of hands

This was our first time using PetStay after previously using kennels for our dog Ralph. I was a little anxious as Ralph can be a bit of a handful at times however Cath & Denis were very accommodating and were brilliant with him. They sent us pictures and kept us updated on how Ralph was doing, we could see that he was content and happy during his stay with them and I cannot thank them enough. I would not hesitate to use PetStay again, the booking process is efficient and Linda is very helpful.

Our pampered pooch Buddy has stayed with ‘Auntie Tracy’ of Petstay York for six years and he has just returned home after his annual two weeks holiday. Tracy is absolutely brilliant and provides regular updates and photos of Buddy during his stay and also treats him in the same way he’s treated at home. Buddy loves Tracy (we all do) and we wouldn’t want him staying with anyone else.

Started with very assuring and friendly contact with Katie at booking. Denzel did not take to kennel life so was not sure about this option but had no need to worry. His stay with Siobahn was excellent. He came home healthy and happy. Will definitely be my go to for lodging our dog. Highly recommend.

5 stars seems too low! We found the lovely Ruth & Petstay prior to a 2 week family holiday and after a bad kennelling experience (I know..!). Our boy has terrible separation anxiety so we had to find someone who would be able to ensure he isn’t left alone. I describe Ruth as “sunshine personified”! Luckily our paths crossed when they did as we were really struggling to see how we could ever go on holiday. She is clearly so passionate about her business and that shines through. We are now able to leave Barney in her great care and have worry-free holidays knowing he is also having a wonderful time. We love getting his pupdates.

Our dogs Pip and Jett went to stay with Jan Sheldrick for five days for the first time and they were really happy there. Jan took really good care of them both and Pip and Jett got some good walks and lots of attention from her which was great. Pip settled in quickly but Jett took a while longer because she is a nervous dog but Jan was great with Jett and helped her to settle in, she is very calm and patient. Jan is very experienced with dogs which you can tell straight away because she puts them at ease and you feel confident to leave your dogs with her. East Lancs Pet Stay is a very professional organisation and paper work, rules, how to pay etc was all sorted before our dogs went to stay with Jan, thank you Linda who is in charge of East Lancs Pet Stay for organising all of this. We hope to use you and Jan again in the future. Stephanie and Darren Mitchell, Pip and Jett

I booked a week of doggy care for a lovely lady who is fostering a little dog for us. Her hubby has Alzheimer’s and they both really deserved a little holiday. Dorothy was so impressed with the lady who cared for Bella and highly recommends Anna (the carer). She said that Anna was warm, caring and so lovely with Bella. Bella loved Anna too, so it made leaving her a lot easier, knowing that she would get treated well- Bella is an older dog of around 15, who lost her previous owner last year to cancer, so she’s had a bit of a tough time herself. Anyway I’ve just spoken to Dorothy and she highly recommends Anna. I also highly recommend this company for the ease of booking the care and also for how lovely the lady who runs the Lancashire branch is- Linda. What a lovely empathetic lady she is. She really listens and she really cares and went all out to help me when I was booking a place for little Bella. So I also highly recommend this company too. If you could give 10 stars, PetStay would really earn all those stars. Thank you from myself, Dorothy, her hubby and Bella dog. You are amazing xx

I trust Jo and Mick to look after and care for our precious Buddy. He has been a couple of times now and he loves it there. He is totally at home and is treated as part of their family. All his needs are catered for and we have total peace of mind while we are away. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had tried Petstay closer to me previously (franchise as I understand) and had no luck, but with Alice (& her area) and not only was she successful in finding someone to look after my rather old but scared reactor, she had more than one for me to meet. Then for a recent visit he went to stay with a wonderful family, who he settled with and even had a bit of a zoomie (an indication he was happy). Thoroughly recommend Alice and her home boarders, thank you.

This was the second time we have used Charlie at Petstay for our dog. The house and garden are lovely. Prices are £30 per night including the arrangement fees which is not much more than kennels in this area. But you know your dog is in a caring home environment and gets to go out on nice walks like when he is at home. Pick up and drop off is much more flexible than kennels too.
