This was Willow’s second stay with Marie. It is a home from home in fact she gets better looked after there…. She wandered straight in when we dropped her off, no looking back 😊 Marie sends photos of Willow and let’s us know she is ok. We are very happy and pleased we found PetStay and Marie
Our labradoodle Ruby had a lovely stay with Alice and Bernard. This was her second stay with them so we knew she would be in the best of hands. We received regular updates and photos and were able to enjoy our holiday abroad with peace of mind knowing that she was being well looked after and treated like one of the family.
This was our first time using Petstay but it won’t be the last ! We had complete peace of mind on our holiday knowing Alfie was being well looked after in his home from home staying with Joanna and her dog Rodger . We got daily updates and videos of Alfie’s adventures whilst we were away
Margaret had our dog Poppy for a week, and we were extremely happy with how she was looked after, the care and attention Margaret had towards Poppy was beyond what we had imagined. We had updates on how she was doing and photos which we loved to see, Margaret is very caring and such a lovely person to look after your pet 😊
i knew i could enjoy my holiday this time having left dexter with alison i knew he would be well looked after she also sent photos of him on his walks and he was well looked after i would definitely use her again thanks alison
Fantastic service! Have used the same carers for various pets. It’s a home from home. Very friendly, make you feel at ease when leaving your dog in their care, keep in touch throughout the holiday with photos and videos. Our dog clearly loves to stay with the family and is treated like a family member.
My dogs Lola and Rico have just returned back after 10 days staying with Irene. She was amazing with them, sent up lots if videos and voicemail updates which helped us enjoy our holiday even more knowing they were having fun and in good hands. I would definately use Petstay again, thank you ☺️
Myra was brilliant with our 2 little dogs Woody &Olly she had them for 2 weeks along with her own dog Cody ,we were a bit worried about Woody has he has separation anxiety but he was fine .We got loads of pictures sent while we where away of them all in the park & Pub which made us giggle eating sausages. All in all Myra did a fantastic job which made our holiday stress and worry free and would recommend Myra to anyone and we would definitely use Myra again ,thank you.
Tricia and Ian did a wonderful job looking after our dog Leah for a week, we received regular updates and photos and could see that Leah was really settled and happy which was very reassuring. Our dog has a few issues around food and Tricia and Ian were sensitive to this and clearly took excellent care of Leah - thank you
We went on a cruise for 10 days with limited internet and felt completely comfortable leaving our fur babies with Margaret and Charlie. Photos still got sent to us and we accessed them when we could. After our trip we took them to say farewell to some friends heading back to Australia who commented on how lovely our dogs smelt and how well looked after they had been. We knew this already but it was nice others noticed too! Thank you Margaret and Charlie for always taking care of us, we wouldn’t go anywhere without knowing we could relax.
Angie was the perfect host for Flynn and her hospitality removed any guilt I felt leaving him for 10 days. In fact I think he had a more relaxing holiday than I did! Thanks Angie

What a fabulous service! From beginning to end everything was first class. I’ve used PetStay quite a few times now and each time I leave my dogs with the carer I know they’re in the best hands. I go on holiday now worry free!
Ruby had a lovely week's stay with Tracey and Brian. She was treated just like she was their own and had some lovely long walks. She was really settled and we were kept up to date with everything she was doing. We would highly recommend and will definitely take her again.
Marie and Kenny are Skipper's regular holiday dog Aunty and Uncle. They take such great care of him, and they love him as I love him. Who could ask for more than that. Very happy customer and can't say enough good things about Jane, and Marie amd Kenny.
Catherine and Jim looked after our older greyhound really wonderfully. They gave her the same experiences she has at home with such sensitivity and allowed her to sleep upstairs in their room. We are so pleased that we can go away completely assured she will be fine. They were endlessly flexible making up food as she likes it.Catherine and Jim are amazing carers and I am very grateful to them
Ellen and Liam looked after our young cocker spaniel, Arthur, for his first time away from us. We were nervous about leaving him, but Ellen was so warm and friendly at the meet and greet, that I was immediately reassured. He had one night’s trial with Ellen, so we knew he would be ok before we went away for the main trip. Ellen lives very near a park, so Arthur had lots of walks with her dog, and they got on well. He was able to sleep upstairs, which was great, because it’s what he is used to at home. I thought Arthur might be clingy or sulky with us for leaving him, but he was fine when we got home, which I think was a good indicator that he’d enjoyed his holiday too. Petstay ask you to complete a questionnaire to provide lots of info about your dog, which is good. The personal interface to link you up with the carers is helpful. My only disappointment is that there is a minimum booking of 3 nights and one overnight trial stay counted as 2 days.
Phil and Sonia were perfect carers for Tilly our black Labrador. They are lovely people and clearly have a great relationship with dogs. We have used them twice, and now Tilly is very happy to be left there - especially as she has bonded with their own black Lab Huckleberry! We were sent frequent pictures of Tilly to show she had settled in and was relaxed and happy with the carers. And she got plenty of exercise on long walks or chasing Hucks around the garden. Very happy to use again and recommend to others.
Our 2 dogs, Frank and Bow, love going to stay with June and her husband. We pull up at the house and they go running straight in as if it is home from home for them. The care given to them is wonderful. It is so good to be able to go away and know they are being looked after so well.
