We paid for parking at the chapel lot at Copper Mountain. We prepaid $45.00 per day MONTHS in advance. We prepaid for a week. This is a reservation only parking. One of the days the lot was full and I was not able to park in the lot. Had to drive to a lot and take a bus to the resort.

Pre-paid for parking but when we arrived, the attendant asked what time we were leaving. After telling him, he said they were closing in 30 minutes due to nightly repairs. That was annoying but not the fault of ParkWhiz. When I contacted ParkWhiz customer support, they were not helpful. They asked for receipts for where I ended up parking and were not helpful at promptly refunding the money I paid for parking. Terrible customer support.

Update: finally made it right and refunded my money after a month. I had to trash them on social media. Do better! Paid for purple parking zone at Sofi, not cheap. When we arrived we were directed away and told it was full. Had to park far away and it was raining. Now ParkWhiz is ignoring me. I’ll never use them again total rip off

The parking pass Park Whiz sold me was advertised as an add-on at Ticketmaster to be used for a specific concert. What I apparently received was a parking pass good for a random time frame of Park Whiz's choosing, with false information on the ticket that there would be an attendant, and that the pass was good for two hours after the event ends, which was also not true. The pass clearly states that it's good until 10:30PM or 2 hours after the event. Since the event ended at 11:30PM as scheduled, that means it's supposed to be good until 1:30AM. I power walked to the garage after the concert but had to pay again to be able to leave the parking garage less than 10min after the event. Since there was no attendant as they'd promised, there was nobody to talk to and I had no choice but to pay again to be able to exit. Park Whiz claims I stayed for an "extra chunk of time" and that I was supposed to leave the garage BY 10:30PM, which isn't what their pass says, and would be BEFORE the concert was over. Customer service just replies that I was rightfully double charged & then ignores any further responses. I contacted the parking garage as I was getting nowhere with Park Whiz. Fortunately the parking facility manager was very helpful, he verified with the venue that the event ended at 11:30PM as scheduled, that the pass Park Whiz sold me was full of false information on it, and only after he got in touch with his Park Whiz contact was I refunded because he was making such a stink. There's a reason Park Whiz has an F rating at the BBB.

I tried to park at 948 10th Street Sacramento on 3/27. I reserved on Friday 3/24 so I could get the $3 all day rate. The website said to show the QR code upon entering, but you cant, you have to pull a ticket and pay/validate when you are leaving. Then, when I wanted to leave, DRAMA: I tried scanning the QR code many many times with the validation machine. DOES NOT WORK. Then, I tried to leave through the gate. I had to call ParkWhiz, have them on the line, which does nothing, they arent involved in the mechanics of the gate. Then I had to push the button to talk to a remote attendant at the gate. After umteen more tries to scan the QR code at the gate, either it worked (doubt) or the attendant just passed me through -? Dont know. Never trust this app to park again. Be more clear on procedures, and how to use the service!!!! They tried to get me to pay $25, when I reserved for $3 after I went all day relying on my reservation!!

Hello I was unable to use our pass. The parking garage scanner was not reading. Every vehicle was backing out having the same issue. Parking location was This indoor garage is located on the right side of S 9th St, between Lasalle Ave and Hennepin Ave. The response I received I had to park on the street, so did not pay for street parking. Hi Juan, Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund without proof of payment or parking from where you ended up parking. We checked with the garage and there was no similar report of the garage being full for that day as well. Going forward, it is required to always provide a photo, together with the receipt of where you ended up parking regardless of the nature of the issue, so we could request a refund approval from the operator to help speed up resolution. Please let us know if you need further assistance. -Charo

Parking pass they sent me had an address and parking garage name. But the actual location had a different garage name and no visible street address. This made it very difficult to be sure I was in the right place. Customer service didn't understand how that could be a problem. Parking sucks in Dallas and the incorrect information on my parking pass made it worse!

I used ParkWhiz for many years. However, last time I used it to reserve a parking spot and ended up with my car got booted. It took me almost 6 weeks communicating with ParkWhiz and waiting for their feedback. They were telling me they are verifying with the parking facility. After 6 weeks and all of that delays, they told me they never got back from the parking facility and they were asking NOW for receipt after 6 weeks of the incident. Seriously !! They said without a receipt “after 6 weeks” they can’t do anything to me. With this incident, I ended up paying 100$ booting fees, plus the ParkWhiz parking fees plus the parking facility fees. I totally not recommend them at all. You may go with other alternatives.

Horrible. Pre-booked parking for an NBA game. Showed up at the garage and they were full and the attendant sent us away. We lost around 20 minutes and paid double to park and missed a chunk of the 1st quarter. Fine, I imagine they get crappy operators sometimes who take the cash and fill their parking lots and don't hold it for prepaid. What made park whiz terrible was the lack of service afterward when I told them what happened. They acknowledged my email then after that, crickets despite many emails over many days. Disputed this with the credit card company who refunded me. I won't use them again.

The code not work at the garage I used in Connecticut. I was able to reach someone by phone and they told me to submit the receipt via email. It’s been a week and after three follow ups no one is responding to my email. Worst Customerservice ever! I won’t be using this company again.

I’ve never used parkwhiz ever but someone at the company keeps repeatedly, at least twice daily trying to use my bank card of which I cancelled almost two years ago. How they even got my old number is a mystery to me but it’s clear either the owner or employee is of Indian origins as per my bank Navy Federal Savings Bank and apparently not too bright to realize it’s been cancelled for the almost two years.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company stole my money when their dysfunctional payment system charged my credit card 4 separate times and they refused to respond to my support tickets and emails. I was charged a total of $40 and didn’t even get to park in their lot. Their payment system told me repeatedly my card was unaccepted and to try again. It never accepted it and I gave up, parking elsewhere. I found out the next day that my bank was charged each time I sent the form. It has been years since I’ve had such an aggravating experience. Don’t use Parkwhiz unless you want to get denied service, charged for it multiple times, and completely ignored.

Doesn't work! It kept I tried to make a reservation for a garage for a Saturday night, nearly 24 hours in advance. I tried with half a dozen garages and it wouldn't let me make a reservation later that night. I kept telling me I had to make a reservation for 24 hours. I kept defaulting for Sunday and wouldn't let me override it. I finally called the garage myself and got a better price for the 6 hours I wanted. Never using this again.

I was totally annoyed by the worker coming up to me talking bout you have to get out and pay right now before I write you a ticket. I was literally on the phone and talking to my daughter about her leaving to greyhound. Very disrespectful ass dude. it definitely not about paying freaking 5 dollars but ill mannered employee that was very unprofessional and just a straight ass. Definitely not nice!!!

I used ParkWhiz to reserve parking in NYC. I had paid in advance and had the receipt. When I arrived -- after a long drive with very elderly people -- the lot was full. The attendant refused to honor my reservation, and said the issue was ParkWhiz's. I contacted ParkWhiz, and I had a ridiculous back-and-forth with them asking me to confirm I was at the right place (I was), instructing me to take a picture, and telling me the issue was with the parking garage. They refunded me but it was an awful situation, and I had a lot of trouble finding an alternative place to park. I thought I should have received a voucher for some future parking in compensation, but they refused. I think the system is terrible.

Parked in a lot in Oahu at a pier. Paid and received a receipt. When we returned to our car, we had a ticket from the lot owner asserting we had not paid, and demanding outrageous penalties. While we sorted that out, there is really no point in paying for parking to be told you haven't. Park Whiz refused, and continues to absolutely refuses to take any ownership of this problem.

Worst experience parking ever. I arrived at my parking location and the lot was completely closed. The entrance was barricaded and I couldn’t park and had to spend more money elsewhere. I contacted customer service and they are completely ignoring me. COMPLETE SCAM!

Terrible experience. The code I was given did not work, and I almost had to pay an additional $20 to park in a spot. It was a giant waste of money. Please do not use this service! If you need to reserve parking, please use ParkMe, SpotHero, or anyone service but "ParkWhiz." Customer service is not helpful at all.
