I thought it was going to take 3 days and was in Perth for at least 2 days before it left.
Couldn't amend order. Had to cancel and recreate. Package picked up by Startrack 6 days after they estimated it would be picked up. Was incorrectly told to re-book order with Startrack when asked for update on pick up. Bad customer service. Package arrived safe and sound 1 day later.
Everything very easy- highly recommended.
Disappointed with the service,my parcel wasn't picked up the day they said which made it late getting to receiver.

Courier please just drop the parcel in front of door step without inform us. Poor Service!

Owen is great at the branch, but the courier’s they use are so rough, I’ve sent multiple parcels and every single one gets damaged. Definitely changing companies.

good service, the pack and send online tracking could be better rather than have to go to the selected courier off the label.
