Excellent service once again from this reliable company. Of particular note is the door to door service provided at a competive (twice now it has been cheaper) price compared to Aus Post where you have to take your parcel to the Post Offiice . Parcel was Picked up in Sydney Monday afternoon and delivered just after lunch in Qld on Wed. Can't ask for better than that.
Pickup and delivery was timely. Tracking the number was a waste of time, it showed that I’d Booked a pickup then nothing until after delivery, not even the fact that the parcel had even been picked up. Twice I rang to ensure that the courier hadn’t stolen it.
Extended delays in collecting parcels and delivery hand off also very poor on receivers end Receiver got a sorry I missed you card went to post office. To collect parcel was not there shell waiting to see Where it is
Timeliness of pickup and delivery Good service would recommend.

The parcel pick up driver was a bit confused and the international documentation did not reach nz with the parcel. But Vijay from DHL was great, he worked with me to get the documentation for customs and was very helpful. The parcel arrived within a week and that is pleasing.
I found using the online booking service with Pack & Send very easy, stress free, economic and reliable. Once I completed the online booking process I chose to take my parcel to the Pack & Send in Bendigo and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Overall the process was very quick and easy and just what I needed.

Super helpful Great service, with staff at the service centre answering all my questions even though I booked the self-service option. Booking was easy, great to have a pick up option, and prices affordable.

Won't use any other company I use the self service on line to send a parcel that was to large for Australia post use pack n send to send from Rosebud Victoria to Como Perth reasonable rate booked on line 12/12/2019 at 8am pick up Rosebud at 10am on the 12/12/2019 Arrived at Perth 18/12/2019.Brilliant.Kevin Savage

Pack and Send have never failed to Impress. I use them for work logistics since mid 2000. On this occasion, I used Pack and Send for Personal shipment, and yet again - package reached the other side of Australia in 3 days during a busy period! Well done.
