Overall great customer service at Fremantle and Cockburn stores. Very friendly and helpful in both locations. My only feedback is that i got an email to say it is ready for collection but I've not had anything to say that the receiver has picked it up as yet. (i would imagine this is on its way?)

Broken goods, lack of care and common sense. No care given to the fact the package had FRAGILE written ALL OVER THE BOX. Item was packaged in triple layer cardboard, with soft protective material insides as well, but was somehow still broken during transit. Very, VERY unhappy with this service. Will never be using Pack & Send again, let alone recommending the company to anyone I know, even people that I don't like.
I needed to get a large package from Newcastle to Canberra urgently. These guys took my booking quickly and easily online, the courier who picked it up from my doorstep was quick and friendly and the pack arrived in the afternoon the next day. Great service. Will recommend and use again.
