I used Pack and Send in the lead up to Christmas with the hope that it would offer a better service than Australia Post... It didn't. One of the parcels is still not delivered and I would not use again as a result of this experience.
I have used Pack and Send a number of times over the past year. In my most recent consignment, I dropped my parcel to the Flinders Street drop spot at 10am on a Friday. It was then left unscanned and unattended to until three days later, resulting in the delivery missing the required deadline. Previously, there have been agreed pickup dates that have been inexplicably missed without explanation. If you're going to confirm a pick up date and can't meet it, send an email or a text - needing to leave something outside for days on end waiting pickup is ridiculous. In the end, this consignment was collected after 6pm. I have commenced testing other service providers, as Pack and Send is not meeting my requirements. In response to the Pack and Send reply: I physically dropped the goods off on a Friday. It was not busy. The man in the drop off location was literally sitting there twiddling his thumbs and watching the clock. Why was the parcel not scanned at that point in time? There is no excuse for this. This also fails to address my issue with respect to past consignments where the pick up has not occurred on the specified date.

So quick it’s almost unbelievable. And picked up from my home even though the retail locations are closed for the holidays.
A seller arranged for a parcel to be sent from Ballarat to Sunshine Coast on Dec 19. It apparently arrived in Brisbane yesterday and has now been handed over to Couriers Please. Couriers Please said they need me to give a description of what the parcel looks like so they can find it. Name and address clearly not enough a hint. Can’t contact Pack and Send til Jan 2. Very concerned about if and when parcel will be located now. No mention made about parcel being turned over to another courier service. No mention or correspondence from Pack and Send about how parcel looks so it can be identified. Very disappointing service.

Broken. So sad. Professionally packed. Fallen off a conveyor belt I was told. So bad. Just opened my boxes and found a second item broken. So upset. I have completed forms as requested but no response yet. Was told by store it would be ok. Clearly not. I took the time to go into the Pack'n'Send store twice just to be sure. Lovely helpful guys in store but sad outcome.
Overseas service was supposed to take 2-3 days to get to destination. It took several rebookings and more than TEN days just for the parcel to be picked up! Weeks later it gets worse - they automatically debited further money from my account due to an incorrect size or weight! I weighed and measured the parcel myself- it was 100% correct! So now not only did I NOT get what I paid for - I have to pay more! STAY AWAY FROM PACK AND SEND!

When I rang customer service to find out why my parcel hadn’t been delivered by the expected date the rep said she would follow it up and ring me right back. Several days later I am still waiting for that phone call! I have used this company before and will continue to use them, as they generally provide reliable service and the local staff are great - however on this occasion I felt their customer service did a very poor job of addressing my concerns.
