Back in March 2019 I got Pack & Send Surry Hills to send me an iMac which I had purchased on eBay. It arrived with reasonable speed - but the screen was cracked. Fundamentally, it wasn't packaged well enough. "Luckily" I had taken out Pack & Send insurance. Well, you would think that would be simple. But here we are NINE months later and no resolution and no communication now for 3 months. The franchise holder has told me for a long time that the claim is with the loss adjuster. But it's clear he's not making any serious moves to solve the issue. So, I'm facing a $1500 loss due to a Pack & Send packaging fault. I am beginning to prepare material for the small claims court. But honestly, why should I have to waste so much time when responsible management would have guided this issue through in weeks.
The people at Pack & Send North Lakes are extremely helpful - their service is excellent.

I paid for insurance and signature on delivery, but the valuable vintage guitar was simply left near the front door without being signed for. Then, not even the courtesy of a response to an email I wrote asking why this had occurred.

Booking a last minute large parcel at Christmas time I was expecting it to take a while. Booked on line at 10pm, collected the next afternoon, and arrived at the location 400+ km away within 48hrs. Very impressed
I would like to rate Pack and Send as excellent as their service with us to send a parcel to our daughter in the UK was exceptional. Our parcel was picked up from our home on Thursday evening at 5.15pm and was delivered to our daughter on Monday morning at 9.00am. Their professionalism is shown in their continual update with emails advising us of where and when the parcel was to arrive. I will certainly be using Pack and Send again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting international deliveries.
