The Website stated ‘post code and full address to send’ I followed exact instructions then was asked to pay an extra $48 to have my items sent (I already paid $53 total cost to send online) as they stated ‘the suburb address was invalid ‘even though it has been there for over 100 years. Be very careful. A complaint to head office was the only way to get out of paying extra. It also did not nearly arrive as instruction of where to send were not read and they decided to take it to their own suburb. I even called up 3 times and they still took :(to wrong suburb and my mother said she saw ‘star track/pack and send, at neighbours house earlier that day! You’ve been warned

This service is the fantastic, Sent a package to the USA which arrived on the date they estimated 6 days unlike Australia Post where you pay for 6 days and it takes 3 weeks. Door to door service and when I searched my options, was the best price. Was nervous as I had never used it before and I wanted the package to get their on time for Christmas, will never use anyone else now to send a package overseas. Very happy customer, thank you.

Straightforward online system that makes shipping simple, marred by confusion between Pack & Send and StarTrack. The online form asks for a preferred time for the item to be collected. I chose to have the item collected between 12-5pm as I didn't' think I would be home earlier. As it happened, I arrived home at just after 10am to hear a knock at the door. It was the courier come to pick up the item, which wasn't ready to be shipped. The courier was rude and impatient, giving me 10 minutes to pack and label the item (a very large item that needed special packing). I wondered why Pack & Send gave me the option to select a time for pickup when StarTrack have their own timetable that ignores that option.
Pick up was arranged for Wednesday as I was not at home a lot of Tuesday. Lucky for TNT I was home at the time they called on Tuesday.
