My parcel was returned because aparently you don't deliver to Locked Bag addresses but it was no issue last month when I sent a parcel to the exact same address. Not impressed at all.

Good service however was a little disappointed my parcel wasn’t collected on the day it was supposed to be and only advising late in the day. resulting in my gift reaching the person a day later!

I've used Pack and Send a few times and find their online booking system easy to use and economical.
Great service and got the parcel delivered ahead of time.
I booked this in on a Thursday and it wasnt collected till the following Wednesday. I sent a couple of emails to notify and made multiple phone calls to see what was going on, with no answers just telling me they would call me back or get it picked up... which didnt happen. It wasnt until I called up and asked for a refund and that I was going to use a more reliable courier that someone came and picked it up straight away, but I still never got a call back to confirm whether it was going.
