Very helpful and accommodating on the phone and answered all my questions. Much more reasonably priced than Australia Post with their ‘self service’ option. Package was delivered promptly with no fuss and no damage.

This isnt so much a reflection on Pack & Send but rather the outsourced company Couriers Please. We waited for over a week for the item to be picked up by them. Pack & Send ended up coming to collect it. Couriers please then arrived a week and half past the pick up date to pick it up not knowing that we had already had P&S fix the issue
Was surprised that item would be further wrapped free of charge

Overall I was very happy with the service of Pack & Send. However one of my parcels ended up arriving a day late. I did not receive a satisfactory answer of why thus far. I would like this investigated further.
Team at P&S Caulfield very helpful in getting a package delivered in short notice. Very accommodating with our requests and went about solving our dilemma cheerfully and without hesitation.

The on-line booking process was easy and efficient. Self printing the labels worked well. The time from pickup to delivery was fine. The only small down side was that pickup did not happen on the booked day. As the pickup was from someone's office this caused a little disruption. However we were kept reasonably informed.
I lodged my parcel online Wednesday afternoon for pickup at home. Waited all day but no pickup Thursday. Needed to leave at front door Friday as I needed to work but got home 8pm & no pickup. I drove 1 hour to Toowoomba Saturday & agent was very helpful but said that online was different to agent collections. At this stage the parcel was on its way 🎉 On Monday I received a call from TNT to ask if parcel was ready & I was not happy. Why in this technological age was the pickup day of Thursday not booked instantly after booking online. I would not recommend this form of sending parcels.
