Everything went well. A little more information during the tracking phase would have been helpful.

We are extremely happy with the service that we have. From Pack and Send Which means I don't have to go to the post office. I don't have to deal with park in my car. I save time and money.

the job is done quick and admin is a breeze.
I don't have a printer to print labels at home - was informed that it costs $15 to print a label. not sure how that's justifiable.
