Easier and better than auspost. No lines and I could workout costs beforehand. No problem for me to print out labels and attach myself so after that I just dropped it off and it was done. Fast delivery too.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use Pack and Send. I was importing a package from Italy so thought there may be difficulties - but happily I was wrong. I ordered the pick-up on a Friday and my boxes arrived on the Wednesday of the next week. Will definitely use again.

The customer support experience was pretty poor. I locked in a pickup date by following the step-through guide in the order process and start track missed the pick-up which I understand is not within your control. What was really disappointing was when I phoned in the second time to find out what was going on, the lady that I dealt with (Linda) told me that pickup wasn't guaranteed on the saver option. I think that in this scenario regardless of which option I had chosen star track would have still let you down (start track accepted responsibility when they finally picked up the package). Partly putting blame on me because I chose an option that was a saver was not the right way to approach to deal with this situation because it made me feel like your customer service representative didn't care, which let's be honest is your primary responsibility if you are in customer support. All I wanted to know was if the driver was still on their way so I could plan to pick up my daughter from daycare. Thankfully, the other two ladies that I spoke with showed a lot more compassion and did all they could to try and track down the driver.
