Great little data logger and good after sales service!
I have been operating a network with dozens of HOBO sensors, including six different models, for a few years now. The equipment is reliable and the software interface is not too bad. I have interacted with both sales and technical service people and with only one exception they have all been extremely helpful. Ordering equipment and parts has always been easy and delivery on time.
Arrived on time. Love the units. We are providing Mobile Services for COVID Infusions and these work great in our vehicles with the fridges.

We've been using Onset Hobos for several years now. I recently needed some additional USB cables. The order was placed, shipped and received within a matter of a couple of days. Service was excellent! Hobo data loggers are a critical component of our environmental quality assurance program.

I'm a long time user of Hobo U22 temperature loggers and Onset have always been helpful with order follow up and urgent needs, and this was no different. I needed an order sent out urgently to meet a traveller, and they sent it extremely promptly.
