I am delighted with my experience with Onset and their products! Great costumer service, technical service and products. We are doing experiments with invasive ticks in the NE US. Unique review here... I've ordered from ONSET before the products arrive on time and work as they are supposed to, all you can ask for. On my most recent order I received three items, two were correct but the third was not what I ordered. Like most folks I thought 'oh great here we go' referring to the typical hassle and headache of fixing these situations. I made my phone call ready to plead and fight my case.... But they were extremely helpful, they recognized the mistake immediately and within a day had the correct item expedited to me and sent a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Thanks ONSET! I'm most definitely still a customer.
