These new devices with Bluetooth connectivity are terrific. Worked flawless out of the box. Easy to set and launch, retrieve data, instantly visualize the data, and store for detailed analysis. Great product in many ways, size, functionality and convenience. Our company is in the process of purchasing 50 more, after a trial run of the first purchase, to monitor temp and RH for the fit-out portion of a 17 story new high rise. The prominent Philadelphia Hospital system we are constructing this new building for is adamant about data collection for all aspects of their construction projects. Your MX1101 data logger just made my life a whole lot easier for collecting and cataloging the temp and humidity to ensure I release trades for final finishes at the appropriate time.

Great customer service, great product

Dear Maura, Not sure if you are a person or not, but thought I'd try. Do you have instruction manuals on maintenance and use of the HOBO weather stations in Portuguese? If so, I need 3 or 4 to share with my trade school colleagues in Mozambique. We purchased and install one about 5 years ago and it is serious need of repairs. Delivered on time, easy to setup, just works

I received your U22-001 HOBO Water Temp Pro v2 and attempted to follow instructions from your "quick start". I was told by your rep that this procedure was simple and I tried to tell him that I'm not very savvy on the computer and asked whether there was a chance the logger could be shipped to me ready to use. That was not an option. I spent some time looking through the various parts in your shipment and, so far, have not been able to even start this function. I am an oyster farmer and have little understanding of the computer as it relates to your product. Maybe you can contact me with an offer to help. Thanks, Bob Tourigny
