Placed an order. After waiting over a week I checked the status of my order, only to find it hadn't shipped and would be out of stock for some time. I asked them to switch it to a different product. Instead, they tell me they "found" one and sent it. Finally received my order and I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong product (my bad, the two products look almost identical on their website). I contacted them the very same day asking if I could do a swap. They said since it had been opened there would be a restocking fee. I agreed. 10 days later they send me an email saying they can't take it back. Worst service. Ever.
The team at Onset are focused on customer service from sale to implementation of the units we purchased. We had an issue with delivery that was our fault in providing an incorrect address. Onset worked to retrieve the delivery and quickly turned around another order to meet our short timeline prior to receiving the products that were delivered to the wrong address. As a result of their outstanding customer service I have referred two other pharmacies and labs who have ordered from Onset. Thank you for your dedication to the customer and the patients we serve.

I like that mostly everything can be done on line. But... for a company that buys as many loggers as we do, entering only 5 at a time is cumbersome.
In January 2020, I ordered 18 data logger and since then i have had to replace nearly half of them. The last time i requested replacements, it was over two weeks before i received a response from customer service, and that was only because I emailed everyone i have had previous contact with within the company. The MX2201 is a poor product that needs upgrading it is a lemon

We like the new software pro update. But, also would like to see the web page modified to make it easier to find and go into the videos on how to use the software and plotting of multiple variables.
