I was fully expecting to get these data loggers in July and was thinking about contingency plans. I was pleasantly surprised when they got here earlier than I expected and I think earlier than your rep had even guessed. I've never had an issue with onset's loggers onboarding and I fully appreciate their consistency.
Shipping took about a week longer than expected considering what I ordered was in stock. Other than that the Hobo data loggers are pretty nice and easy to use.
I am disappointed in the HOBO device I bought that was just beyond the warranty expiration date. The device was not measuring humidity correctly so I purchase the new chip and realized the neither are staying in the indicated connection spot. So now I have an unusable device with 2 humidity "chips". What do I do now?

From initial contact to support after purchase company has been very courteous and professional. Products seem to be well manufactured and set-up was very easy.
We ordered 12 (or so) dataloggers from Onset. Unfortunately, two of the loggers were damaged. Onset replaced them immediately; customer service was excellent.
No real issues with the logger, we use around 5000 of them globally at various temperature ranges and they work well. Would like a way to perform the software updates in bulk though rather than individually. Thank you Reece Staat for offering tech support when needed.

I would like to recognize Andrew Thompson for his continued excellent customer service. He has provided me a continued stream of excellent guidance and referrals to technical support that has enabled me to radically expand the range of field activities the NH Department of Environmental Services Instream Flow Program is able to perform, based almost entirely on Onset equipment. I consider Andrew MY GUY at Onset. This week, Andrew acted quickly to resolve an internal Onset credit issue that threatened to prevent NHDES from ordering more of Onset's fine environmental monitoring equipment. I really appreciate his timely attention to this issue.
Very good experience. Ms. Megan was very patient in helping me set up the loggers. It seemed complicated in the beginning to set it up but she went through the steps very slowly with me.
