Our HOBO data shuttle broke after many years of service. We ordered another one and the projected ship date was going to be too late to collect mandatory compliance data in February. I contacted ONSET and they were able to move the ship date up a month for me. Very pleased.

We've been Onset customers for many years but our recent purchase of an RX2100 water level station from them has been far from ideal. The station has been non-functional for over two weeks. Support claims engineering is working on it, meanwhile, we are missing the collection of valuable environmental data. Inquiries about warranty replacement are met with a "we're working on a fix" response. Given this experience, we are looking at other vendors to meet our data logger and environmental monitoring needs.

Although very satisfied for the product, I had unsolved problems with the receipt. Unfortunately, the receipient of the product was not the buyer, and the invoice did not reflect this difference, as expressed at the time of purchase. This was not solved after receiving the receipt and asking for a change.

This equipment does not work well with Apple computers. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot it and called twice for support. Second support call ended with, "we will send you an email with instructions" that I still have yet to receive.

We have not installed the new units yet, having to download the app and then go through the setup. However, the loggers were delivered much earlier than quoted and the shipping box was in good shape.

A 4-channel analog data logger was purchased and received. After extensive trials during the logger setup, it was determined that the display was malfunctioning. Technical support was then contacted to report and discuss the problem. As a result of the discussion, a warranty replacement unit was sent including a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective unit. The replacement logger was setup the same as the first unit and everything worked as expected. Thank you... technical support for your expert and prompt response!

Telephone customer service was excellent. I got good advice about the product that I needed and was told a realistic delivery date that was met. These days I find that many companies promise a quick delivery and then follow up with repeated delays that amount to months. Thank you Onset, for providing honest delivery expectations!
