All very good. I booked a Greek island-hopping holiday, which is complicated due to the number of variables. I was expertly steered through it by Shelley Kingston with cheerful and helpful advice.
Shelley was great, she really listened to what we wanted and tailored a very reasonably priced holiday in what looks like super hotels.
We sought a set of options for 3/4 Greek Islands as a hopping trip and Shelley Kingston was absolutely terrific in helping us. She was extremely helpful and patient in exploring several options and changes we asked for. All in all we thought she went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and were more than happy to make the booking straight away. Ten out of ten for Shelley.

I had to contact Customer Services on email for Olympic about our Flight times for our holiday . I emailed customer services and had a very swift reply , where they had contacted Easy Jet and changed our Flights to the the ones we preferred. Really happy with the service and the outcome. Thank you!
We got a bit confused on the online booking over baggage allowance so telephoned the chat line. David, the representative, could not have been more friendly and efficient. He suggested alternative fights which we were worried about and the booking and confirmation took no time at all.

Contact with Olympic Holidays was easy and responsive. We wanted tailored holiday between fixed dates visiting Athens and a few Greek islands. I saw the ideal package on the website and submitted an email requesting a quote. David responded promptly by email with hotels and flights and transfers to meet our needs. When we changed a couple of things David was happy to send revised quotes. Telephone contact to confirm the booking and pay the deposit was friendly and professional. Based on my booking experience I would recommend Olympic Holidays.
Cant praise Olympic Holidays enough, especially Shelley who went above and beyond in arranging a microwave for our room, as well as other items to ease our fears with my daughters allergies. Trully excellent Customer Service, for which nothing was a problem. Shelley is a true credit to this company as well as the other friendly professional staff. Will be booking again with Olympic, who for me are the market leader.
Your employee Gavin was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much for him. He made it his job to answer any questions we had regarding our booking to Paros. I don’t think we would have booked so quickly if he hadn’t been so helpful we would give him 10/10 and a huge star!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking to Dora Messiou from Olympic Customer Services this week. I must say that as a Travel Agent dealing with lots of Customer Service Departments it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so helpful and accommodating and Dora is a credit to the company.
