I booked on line and there was a problem with the holiday booking and the holiday deposit payment, which was stuck in pending. I called Rob at Olympic, and very quickly and efficiently, he rebooked the holiday and sorted out the pending payment. Really impressed with his customer service and his communication skills.
I usually just book online but rang the helpdesk to make my booking as one of the links wasn't working. The call handler, Rob Griffiths, was really helpful, completed my booking easily for me and even offered useful information and knowledge about the resort. Booking a holiday with Shelley Kingston was a very painless experience. Hold luggage on the easyJet website was much cheaper than Olympic price. Should have told me that.
