Have been coming to Hara in Katelios for 17 years. Hara and the Resort Manager work hard to make sure Olympic customers are looked after. Hara is a small collection of rooms in a peaceful setting not far from the village, where you can dine at a good selection of tavernas. Hara has many returning customers that we have become friends with over the years. The accommodation is clean, and sheets and towels are changed on a regular basis. Wi-fi is available.Book early as places go quickly. The resort Manager Les Mitchell is very helpful and is always available to answer any questions. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to come to.

Easy to book. Found exactly what I wanted - fantastic Hara Studios and Apartments in Katelios Kefalonia. Excellent transfer arrangements. Local rep replied instantly to my query about pickup for my return. Booking soon for next year. Been using Olympic for some years and they are consistently good. Only exception was when their flight provider (Small Planet) had inadequate provision and long delays were rife. This year Jet2 (first time) were excellent.

Have just returned from 2 weeks on Alonissos at Steni Vala. Although we arranged transport to MAN and Jet2 were responsible for the flight, at all times we were happy to have Olympic behind us. The one criticism we have is the transfer in Skiathos, where having mobility issues the transfer from airport to port was not good leaving too much walking involved. My offer to pay for a taxi was declined, but that won't happen next time. However, many thanks to Yara for her help on the journeys in and out. Invaluable.

I am so impressed with all staff I have spoken with/messaged - from discussing options, booking, 24/7 contact with speedy responses during our holiday. Everything was well organised, with hotels, transfers, ferries. Our holiday was wonderful and stress free. WhatsApp communication for any little query was excellent and very reassuring - especially as this was an adventure holiday for us really. The advice re hotels and our budget was great - they were all good and we saved the best until last ie upgraded to delux sea view which was a great idea. Definitely recommend Olympic holidays! Thankyou!

Everything was excellent and smooth running from the initial booking for 10 days on the beautiful Greek Island of Symi. Connections from Rhodes to Symi and back were perfectly organised and Hotel Nireus was absolutely fantastic- stunning views, great breakfasts and super friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks are due to our Olympic Holidays representative Tara who: 1) provided us with excellent and comprehensive departure notes via WhatsApp 2) notified us very promptly of a change in our departure schedule due to a ferry cancellation and 3) was highly responsive when I rang her because our transport from Rhodes port to the airport was a little late. We really felt well looked after by Tara and in very safe hands; she is a great credit to Olympic Holidays!

I spoke with Gavin today on my promptly timed call back. He listened and got me a great deal on exactly the holiday I wanted. Added in breakfast which wasn't an option to book online. Thanks Gavin for a great booking experience.

10 days in Roda, Corfu, Pegasus Hotel. Not quite 5 stars - if 4.9 was available I would have chosen that as hotel v good in all respects, lovely staff, reasonable bar prices, very clean, spacious and very comfortable room with good facilities in good working order (we've had probs in other places with aircon, shower, hot water etc) - however, one small point: it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit on offer at breakfast, as we've had in other 2-3 star hotels in the past. Many thanks to local Olympic rep Joe Hill, whose efficiency and prompt responses to queries and quick resolution of a car hire problem were much appreciated.

If it wasn't for Jo, the local rep in Crete keeping us updated regarding a cancelled TUI flight, we wouldn't have known what was going on. We had and still haven't had any communication from TUI even though we are now home. Both the UK and Crete offices for Olympic Holidays were responsive,understanding and very helpful. We will definitely book through them again.

We love Greek island holidays, particularly on smaller less touristy islands, which tends to mean a ferry crossing. Olympic state that they are unable to give ferry timings prior to arrival as they are subject to change and weather conditions, and that an overnight stay on the airport island may be necessary. What they didn't say was that it would take us nearly thirty hours to get from Bristol to Tilos (Australia suddenly seems so much closer) or that we would be dropped at the airport five hours before our flight. That's a lot of holiday time wasted – good job we booked two weeks. Having said that, minibus transfers were on time as usual, accommodation clean and comfortable (if fairly basic – this is Greece remember), and our host welcoming and friendly. Our resort Rep (albeit at the other end of the ferry crossing) was accessible via the Olympic app and helpful. We took it all in the spirit of adventure and had a good holiday. I suggest you do the same.

I’ve used Olympic a few times the first time around 20 years ago and this time had cause to request a call back Query dealt with efficiently by Shelley who booked the holiday over the phone. Definitely recommend.

Just came back from a lovely memorable holiday Island hopping in the Greek isles arranged by Olympic Holidays. I cannot praise them enough. Everything was arranged for us from start to finish, from Hotels to transport pickups. Would definitely use them again.

Olympic holidays were very helpful at a time Tui cancelled our flights. One phone call to the duty office and Dean made sure we had all the information we needed. Dean passed our details over to Joanne who was local to the resort and she went above and beyond and also assisted us to return home the following day, nothing was too much for her. Will always use Olympic going forward Thank you once again

On the 19th June we booked a week away in Corfu self catering accommodation only through Olympic for 11th-18th July and paid the advertised price of £757.98. Less than 3 days later Olympic were advertising the exact same accommodation on the same dates for the price of £502.98. We had paid 33% more when we booked. We complained to the company about the massive discounted price drop but got absolutely nowhere with them. Because we had paid in full they weren't bothered because they had already got their money. If we had cancelled the booking and rebooked at the lower price we would have lost our initial payment so we were left feeling cheated out of £225 that we didn't need to have spent. We will never book through them again as their prices can't be trusted.

The whole process from booking to the Holiday was very straightforward, regular reminders and updates were welcome. Although the flight was delayed due to bad weather our booked Taxi was waiting for us on arrival. The Hotel was just what we wanted quiet, spotlessley clean and beautiful grounds. The local village had a good assortment of Tavernas and a 5 day car hire saw us mooch around the Island. Julie our rep was very helpful and prompt in replying to our queries. Could'nt fault anything and we had a fab holiday.

Our worst experience yet with Olympic. This would be our 4th time using them and it was quite frankly dreadful. On arrival at 10.30pm into the reception area of lindos village we’re greeted by the rep Tara, who was there to welcome us and give us the keys. On every other visit when you arrive your suitcases are left and someone would drop them down to your apartments. We were informed the gentleman who did this had retired, and the apartment owner no longer wanted to pay anyone to take them down. So this meant me & my mum had to carry 2 suitcases, 2 bags a pram and a baby down into the village. If you have never been to lindos it is very hilly and also very slippery. I politely asked the rep if there was anything she could do and she said as we were her last guests she’d help us down. We couldn’t thank her enough. We then realised the apartments had no wifi, we’re in 2023 how they don’t have wifi is beyond me. They also didn’t have an iron to use. Towels and bedsheets were changed once and the towels were basically like rags. They give you 2 toilet rolls for the week once this runs out you have to go and buy your own. Not to mention that the hot water runs cold after 30 seconds so my 8 month old had to have freezing cold showers!! It was nothing but poor. And this will be our last time staying in the village due to this experience. Hotels are now the way forward for us & it’s sad after many years of staying in the village with Olympic & never experience anything quite like this.

All the pick-ups were on time or waiting for us on arrival. The hotels were of a good standard, in good positions. Olivia answered my query about the ferry tickets to Poros and continued to check that we were okay throughout our stay. The taxi driver who picked us up from Athens airport (flight 3 hours late) and again from Piraeus port, spoke better English than me and gave us a great lesson in current greek politics.

After my last review of an Olympic Holiday, I expected it to be my last, as I had no intention of using them again, however, relations we holidayed with convinced me to try them again and so here we are. 10 days in the Albatross Hotel, Sivota, a vey nice family run 3* hotel a 15 min walk from the waterfront. It’s modern and very clean. The staff were friendly, the beds excellent and the breakfast was no frills but I always found something to eat. I only have 2 negative points which dropped this review to 4 stars. We arrived an hour late due to a flight delay and there was no one to let us in. Both the Olympic Rep and the hotel should have a plan for this but neither had checked, a fundamental of hospitality I would say! That said a call to Olympic UK number and we were in after an hours wait. (Note: In resort Reps must have a UK contact number as roaming doesn’t allow for calls to local numbers). The other issue was over eager cleans repeatedly waking us in the morning to clean the room, even entering one morning despite me saying ‘not now loudly’. In fairness the Rep apologised for the arrival mess up has put measures in place with the hotel and the UK emergency staff worked quickly to help us. This has gone some way to reassuring me that Olympic have improved, as most holidays go without issue, it’s when things go wrong that you need your operator to step up! I would now use them again.😎
