I unfortunately had to change my booking due to a class of dates with colleagues in my office. Dora Messiou Customer Services Advisor was most helpful effective and promptly dealt with our change of booking at the same accommodation we wished to go to in Argassi Zante just a few days later. Dora went over and above and managed to get our seat bookings on the TUI flight changed to our amended flight same seats at no extra cost or loss to us. Thank you Dora you managed to assist us promptly with a stressful situation we are very relieved.
