When I phoned to book my holiday the representative at Olympic Sabrina Arapi was very helpful and guided me through the booking experience. She advised me on my flight and hotel options plus my transfers with a polite manner. And I was very impressed with her answering all my questions and enquiries. My holiday was booked and I was told if I had any problems to phone Sabrina anytime and she would help me out with anything else I was unsure with.

Amazing, very professional booked my holiday with Shelley she was very helpful and nice helping me by finding the hotel flights and transport.
Repeat custoner. Always problems booking via the website. Offer codes advertised to encoursge booking but website doesn’t deduct discount (last year) or doesn’t have a box to insert offer code (Feb 25). Always results in a stressful booking situation and having to book by phone. Sadly some staff arent the most courteous either.

I prefer to book my Olympic Greek holiday with a Tailor-Made Specialist. I can ask questions and feel reassured that my holiday booking has been made properly. As a returning traveller to the Accommodation, I wanted to ask if I could be booked into a studio on the ground or first floor as I would struggle to manage the stairs to the next level. My specialist Sabrina Arabi was very helpful. She advised me that it was not possible to guarantee my request however she would let the Accommodation providers know my preference. I always go to Greece with Olympic Holidays as I have been impressed with their service and I trust that all my travel will go as planned. As a lone female (older) tourist it’s important to me that I feel safe and secure in my travels. I am grateful to Sabrina for her support. Thank you so much … I am excited to be returning to Symi where I had a fabulous holiday last year.

I enquired about greek island hopping via the website & Shelley got back to me very quickly & asked for more details such as budget, when & how many nights. She e-mailed me a quote the next day. I rang her with a couple of queries which she answered for us & in fact she spoke to her manager in Greece. We ended up changing our number of nights from 11 to 14 & again she came back with a quote the same day. Excellent service
