Gavin was very friendly and polite throughout.He gave us all the information we requested. Reply was handled quickly. Enabling us to book without any delay. Problem with your system took our deposit twice but was quickly notified by Gavin. Hopefully your a/c dept act as quickly to refund us
A seamless experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was made simple and easy. Communication was prompt and clear and we knew what was happening at all stages of the planning process. On the day of our wedding Michelle and her team were amazing, everything went to plan and we were just left to enjoy our big day without a second thought to anything else. Special mention to Tom the DJ - we gave him a choice of music and he mixed it up and landed the music perfectly. A definite highlight of an amazingly brilliantly organized and very special day.
As the holiday was bought as a package I would expect all hotels to be of the same standard. However the Naxos Hotel not only didn't even provide us with a bed cover, the shower was broken along with the bedroom light, fridge and wardrobe. To top it off we got severely bitten my mosquitos, probably breeding in the emptied water feature outside that had stagnant water in. On my return to the UK I raised the issues with Olympic asking why they would use a substandard hotel, but was told that I should have raised my issues with the rep at the time. Lesson learned... won't be using Olympic again!
Michelle Underhill was simply great, I only rang up to make enquires and ending up booking our holiday for next June 2024. Experienced, approachable, highly recommended.

Do not travel with this company if you have mobility problems. 1* is more than they deserve but I couldn’t give them a minus score. They are absolutely awful. I am editing this reply because today they have written their reply to my complaint. They have taken no responsibility for failing in their duty of care to take care of a disabled passenger and have told me that it was my own fault. They have failed to answer 16 of the questions that I asked them and have apologised for nothing. They even hoped that I would travel again with them in the future. Not a hope in hell! And I repeat, do not travel with this company if you have any mobility issue as they do not supply any assistance and think you are being unreasonable to expect any help with luggage, boarding ferries or accommodation when they are aware that you have booked special assistance on the plane. It is apparently perfectly acceptable to put you in a 2* hotel for a night and pay for your breakfast and air conditioning when you have already paid them for a 4* hotel including breakfast and air conditioning. When you ask to see a rep because you are in difficulty it is reasonable for the rep to refuse to do so. This is only a smattering of the complaints I have made about my holiday but take my advice, you are better travelling independently. You’d certainly save money and you would not have to deal with rude and unhelpful people. I will be writing to them again to pursue my complaint and the copy of my complaint that I sent to the CEO has gone unanswered.
Fabulous company to book with, everyone was so helpful, with flights and any enquiries we had. Never saw a rep, but that doesn't mean they weren't there. Hotel was amazing, looking forward to booking again with you
At time of bookung holiday in Aug 2022 for Sept 2023, I had requested a certain room. 3 days before departure I received e-mail and I was given totally different room. On querying this I was informed I did not meet the criteria Olympic Holiday uses in allocating room requests. Did not tell me what the criteria is. The couple who got the room had booked later than I had, but more importantly had Not requested any room. I was in the room next door. They were there for the exact same dates and duration as me. 13 out of the 14 days they complained about the room - anything from sink plugs, shower, the door stop, the clealiness, loo rolls, the door lock, the maid, the safe, Tara the Rep not responding promptly, Tara the Rep not visiting the accommodation etc etc etc. The icing on the cake was a classic because the day before departure the wife said "I don't know what so great about Room 4, it's nothing special !!!" Lol. L. Appreciate a room request is never guaranteed, but this was like rubbing my nose in it.
Having booked 2 separate 4 week breaks to Zante in August for July and September 2024, I decided to include August giving me a 12 week break, Dora took on the challenge of taking 2 bookings adding a third and creating it as 1 booking, this was no easy task and Dora persisted with complete professionalism and dedication, keeping me updated by phone and email durring the 6 days it took to complete. I cannot express my gratitude strongly enough for the help and courtesy shown to me durring the process. She is a complete, competent professional.
Very poor experience in September when we reached our second destination on an Olympic holiday. The hotel was not of the standard expected. A dump - we could not stay. Asked our rep for help in finding somewhere - got no help - we sorted ourself and never had any contact during the week to see how we were. Ended up paying for two hotels in full
Visited Plakias again this September and had another great holiday. Our rep, Julie visited us on her day off to say hello. My husband and I really appreciated this. She also arranged airport assistance for my husband who is having difficulty walking at present. We had thought that this might be our last year at Plakias because of the inconvenient flight times but we are now reviewing this decision and hope to return. Thank you for a great holiday. I have been a longstanding customer with Olympic Holidays, and have had some wonderful trips to Greece with them over the years. However, on a recent trip to Sidari, Corfu, they have badly let me down. I will, no way, use them again. Re transfers-it is normal for them to sometimes drop you on the main road, when their properties are on quiet streets, back streets. I am a solo female traveller. On my recent trip to Corfu, the transfer bus dropped me by a dirt track at 2.00am. The driver told me to walk down it. He said that my property would be 200 metres on the right. I walked down the dirt track several times. It was pitch black. Dogs were barking. I could not see a thing. There was no apartment block, just residential houses. I found an English family on the strip, who were thankfully, drinking in a bar that was open late. They walked down that dirt track with me. We could not find the block. I had to stay with this family, in their room for the night, which was mortifying. In the morning, I used their phone to call Olympic. The owner of the property where I was booked to stay, came to get me. It turned out that the transfer had dropped me on the wrong road. That stupid dirt track was not the right road. They dropped me in the wrong place, which compromised my safety. Olympic Holidays did not look after me, especially as a single woman, travelling alone. I have written to them and asked them to refund me for the one night, that I lost, staying with the strangers in their hotel room. I have received a shirty email, which said they will 'investigate it,' and get back to me in 28 days. It sounds to me like they are not going to take responsibility for it, which is a terrible quality for a company like this to have. It was a terrible experience. I felt very frightened being left on that dirt track. I would not go near this company again. They did not look after me, and their response so far, has been far from encouraging. They should have apologised and refunded me for that lost night immediately. I cannot recommend these guys, certainly not to solo women travellers.

We were on holiday on Kos when my husband was taken seriously ill and had to spend five days in Kos Hospital. The Olympic rep Maria was an absolute angel, she liased with the doctors, sorted out paperwork and red tape and generally took care of us. Her help was absolutely invaluable. Our accommodation was first class and the owners went out of their way to look after us. We will definitely book with Olympic again in the future.

Great experience with Olympic Holidays! Airport transfers were on time, accommodation was great as was the service! Had some struggles with the door and with 5 minutes Amanda was here to help me and was available on the app at any time for any questions I had. Super friendly and reliable. Would definitely recommend!
I was a little nervous as I had never booked this type of holiday before and did not know what our experience would be. Well I should not have worried in the slightest, each transfer went smoothly and in fact except for the last one each was a private pick up. All ferry tickets were in our pack when we arrived in Santorini. All 3 hotels where great, clean and tidy, the one in Paros was a cut above the rest
