Bespoke Island Hopping in Greece with Olympic Holidays, rather disappointing on the admin side. We experienced poor service on some legs of our holiday. Ferries were not always chosen well and taxi pickups sometimes unreliable. We had to return to Rhodes a day early after visiting Symi in order to get to Tilos. We found the ferry to Tilos from Rhodes called at Symi anyway, so we had a wasted day and night in Rhodes. When we got back to Rhodes at the end of our holiday, we had to leave a day early because the ferry originally chosen was too late to connect to our homeward flight. We were put in a two star hotel in Rhodes and the taxi to take us to the airport didn’t come! We had to find our own taxi and pay for it ourselves. After my second complaint to Olympic they apologised and refunded the taxi fare as a “goodwill gesture”. Symi and Tilos were wonderful places to visit however, but we’d probably book all the transfers ourselves next time?

I was looking at prices online yesterday, just trying to work out dates etc. The following day I received a call from Shelly Kingston saying she was sending me a new quote with a price reduction. I called her back and booked directly with her and it was all sorted in 5 mins over the phone. It was all very easy and straight forward. Also I paid almost £150 less than the original quote.
Robert was the agent that booked the holiday for my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable about the booking process but used his experience of having used the hotel we wanted to convince me that it wasn't a scam. He was polite, patient and reassuring.
I decided to book our holiday over the phone and used their callback which came within 5minutes. The consultant Rob sorted the holiday with no fuss and gave us a good discount he double checked all our details so we paid our deposit and were fully confident with our booking.

I have booked many times with Olympic. It’s so easy and they have a great choice of places to go and places to stay. The fact it’s the flights and the accommodation together makes it much easier too. I spoke with a lovely man Called Rob who helped me finalise a few last bits like the holiday transfer. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Gavin called me yesterday to discuss a holiday that I had been viewing online. He contacted me again this morning and we discussed the Black Friday discount offer versus the price that I was looking to pay. He promised to try his best to get approval for an additional discount and to call me back in 10/15 minutes. He was good to his word and I have finalised the booking. As a regular customer of Olympic, I have dealt with Gavin many times over the years and have always found him to be very helpful. He always returns a call when he promises to do so. In fact, I’m pretty sure that in June/July 2018, he arranged an earlier return flight for my wife due to a bereavement. He’s top class for customer service in my opinion.
