My wife and I recently booked a Greek Island Hopping holiday. We have "island hopped" for many years. We prefer smaller islands and try not to go back, if we can get to ones we haven't visited. Thus we needed a highly bespoke package putting together and we appreciated it could be difficult to get the logistics right. Olympic Holidays came up trumps. It took some time, over a good few days but we are very satisfied with the package that we have. We were helped throughout the process by the same Reservation Consultant, Rob Griffiths, throughout. The continuity helped home in on the right package. We were very impressed with Rob's efforts and tenacity in tailoring the package so that it was a perfect fit for us. I needed clarification before committing to an online booking with Olympic Holidays and so I called customer services. I spoke with Kelly Kingston who quickly answered my query and was able to complete the booking in a friendly, unhurried and efficient manner. It felt like I had made a new friend, and I wiil be making all my future bookings with Kelly.
Great service! Rob was extremely helpful in assisting us with selecting our apartment, as well as discussing the surrounding areas. Follow-on documents were timely and informative. Later, customer services helped me log onto EasyJet to reserve our seats. Very friendly and helpful.
