I had seen the holiday I wanted on line but it was such a bargain that I thought I had better double check and ring Olympic. David Pascoe received my call and couldn't have been more helpful. He went through everything with me and I ended up having him book the holiday and I even got it £30 cheaper than online. He was friendly, polite and professional. Will certainly book with them again.

Just confirmed our wedding for next July in Rhodes. Also booked 2 holidays alongside the wedding as well. Vanessa was an absolute star, always on hand to answer queries and help out above and beyond, replying way out of hours sometimes. I have just confirmed a booking for a wedding in Greece with Olympic Weddings. Again the service and knowledge was fantastic. Lauren responds to every question or query by return and makes the process of booking a wedding so easy! Cannot recommend enought for booking a perfect wedding.

Worst holiday company I’ve ever used! Awful customer service do not book with these. Was miss sold a holiday. It was nothing like they’d advertised on their website. They’d advertised it as beachfront, idyllic serene hotel with lush gardens. In reality the beach was a 5 min walk down a busy road across a duel carriageway then a ten min walk through another complex. There was no gardens as another hotel had been built on that land hence no serene quiet gardens to enjoy. We were eventually offered £25 each for it not being beachfront! We wouldn’t have booked had it not been what Olympic holidays were advertising it as. Customer service lacked empathy and understanding and I was made to feel like a liar. They continued to say it was one hotel on that land when in actual fact the other hotel had been built over 3 years ago and they’d not up dated their details. Shocking!!
Dora Messiou Of Customer Services went above and beyond to answer my query of not being able to log on to Olympic Holidays from here in Crete on our last day to check in, and find out our pick up times from the Hotel. 4 hours before flight time ????!!!! You need more like her…treasure her. - or should I have tried TUI holidays - it really was confusing for me ( and has been from the start). Are we on an Olympic holiday or a TUI one? I have two reference numbers - and was originally told to “ check in “ for tomorrow’s flight 24 hrs before. So is that 24hrs before the flight or before the pick from the hotel which is four hours earlier? Come on - surely you can do better than this….
Very easy to book. My travel advisor was Shelley Kingston. She was efficient and knew exactly the questions to ask me to book what I hope will be a fantastic holiday in skiathos.

The organisation of the flights, hotels & transfers by Olympic Holidays for a holiday that was split between two locations was excellent.
