Olympic were helpful all along from a lady in the office here in uk who sorted our boarding passes to Les at resort. As I hadn’t heard of Olympic before I was a bit dubious but needn’t have worried as everything went smoothly, transfer to port, ferry and transfer to hotel all went smoothly. Hotel was lovely tho rather quiet as first week of the season. We met some lovely locals everywhere we went, so friendly and very helpful. Will definitely travel with Olympic again 💙

A great holiday in Paxos. Joe Hill went the extra mile for us when the ferry to Corfu was cancelled at the last minute. Very efficient and helpful. Martin Ranwell

We booked a girls holiday with Olympic Holidays and weren’t sure what to expect but they were fantastic! We were put in touch with Les who absolutely made our holiday. Every message he would go above and beyond to help and give advice. He suggested little gems to go and see and do, including a place called Remetzo. He didn’t tell us why so I won’t spoil it here either but we are so glad we went. Thank you Les!

Booking was easy and the agent very helpful particularly when our return flight was cancelled by the airline. Hotels chosen were great in their facilities and helpfulness of staff. However the hotel in Tinos was not well placed for us at the time we went (early May) The local beach was covered in dried & decaying seaweed which made it difficult to use. The hotel did not have a swimming pool only a spa pool. The two local tavernas were not friendly, had poor choices and not as attractive as those in others in locations. The hotel only had a few guests so were not putting on evening meals. We didn't think it was a good choice at that time of years & neither did another couple there at the same time. The manager however was very helpful, facilitating us to hire a car. This would have been a 5 star review apart from the issue of this location. Pick ups for us to move location were on time and drivers friendly and courteous. We were very impressed with the overall service from Olympic and their partners. Warmly recommended!

We were really pleased with our hotel Elouda Palm. The staff were all helpful and friendly, it was the perfect family run hotel. The pool area and grounds were lovely. We had the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. The restaurant was good, but we also eat out quite a bit. Elouda was the perfect resort for us not too busy, lovely walks, and easy to get to some interesting sites. Had a great trip to Knossoss too. Home happy!

We’ve recently booked our wedding through Olympic Holidays and it’s been a fantastic experience. I cannot praise our coordinator Lauren Hitchcock enough! From our first call she has been amazing at researching venues we were interested in and generally keeping us updated on what was happening. We now have our wedding booked and it was just such a stress free experience which we weren’t expecting. Thank you Lauren!

I went to this hotel with my son the staff are amazing nothing to much trouble entertainment was good too. G and ramdam forgot the ladys name were funny and nothing was too much trouble we joined in with all the entertainment. They made our holiday we will be back for sure. Very clean the only thing the food was like warm that would be the only complaint.

UPDATE I have received, via Trust pilot, a fairly standard public apology directly in response to the review I'd given below. However, in the circumstances, I feel this is just not enough, a direct & personal apology would have been a start & some small recompense would have been appreciated as we had then to find an alternative holiday which would be available to us for the same dates (I am not able to change my annual leave). We have managed to do this but at an added cost to that which we'd originally booked in Kefalonia with Olympic Holidays. So, whilst I see an apology, online, for all would be Olympic travellers to see, in these circumstances it doesn't do the job nor does it explain satisfactorily WHY this happened in the way it did & WHY, since Olympic Holidays were clearly totally at fault, did we we receive neither a direct personal apology nor the offer of more than one other alternative accommodation option in the resort. There WAS a further hotel available in the appropriate area of Lassi, the only other one we could find with availability which would have met our requirements, but we weren't offered this I suspect because it was a lot more expensive & Olympic presumably didn't feel sorry enough for their deception to take the hit. ○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○ Having booked with Olympic Holidays, in June 2023, for a carefully chosen hotel in Kefalonia for two weeks in July 2024, we were told at the end of March this year that due to "contractual difficulties" we could not stay at our chosen hotel. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask them to reallocate the room, as previously booked via Olympic Holidays, to a direct booking between the hotel & ourselves. Unfortunately, they said they were not able to do this as their direct booking quota was already filled. I pointed out, naively, that we'd only been told that same day that our booking was void so how could that room have been reallocated so quickly. The hotel staff then kindly explained that there never had been a room allocation for us for our July 2024 dates as Olympic Holidays had not renewed their contract in August 2023 for the summer 2024 season. Now, it seems to me that although Olympic Holidays were still under contract with the hotel at the time we booked in June 2023 they knew there were no longer under contract for summer 2024 & therefore could not provide accommodation as booked to customers such as ourselves for this summer season. My question was why Olympic Holidays had knowingly held back that information from us until March 2024 when they clearly knew from at least August 2023, probably earlier, that they could not give us the accommodation we'd booked. This to me smacks of fraud. When we revisited our travel agent who we'd booked through they contacted Olympic Holidays, in our presence, & we were offered only one alternative accommodation which was genuinely no use to us as it was atop a steep hill & would have incurred additional costs in taxis or car hire which we could ill afford. We declined this & asked for a more suitable alternative but none was forthcoming from them so we cancelled the holiday. Then came a battle for the return of our deposit of £178, which in the circumstances of their duplicity I thought was a disgrace, but our travel agent was quite tenacious & we finally got it refunded 7 weeks later. To be honest, in the circumstances which our holiday was dealt with by Olympic Holidays, I wouldn't trust Olympic Holidays to book another hotel for us because who knows...we could arrive there in Kefalonia to find no accommodation booked, leaving us to seek our own on a very popular island in the height of the season...not much room at the inn I imagine! Please note that the 'date of experience' is approx when we first became aware of the issue at the end of March 2024 & it continued until the deposit was returned in May 2024. Also, I do have emails to substantiate this issue, it is NOT simply a meaningless groan from a disgruntled customer. I just hope other Olympic Holidays customers haven't experienced similar BUT if anyone is booked through them for upcoming holidays in summer 2024, particularly for the Lorenzo Hotel in Lassi, Kefalonia, then please check direct with your hotel to ensure you DO have the room booking in place because this hotel, our chosen one, are NOT in contract fir this season.

Olympic Holidays are brilliant! I have used them for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed, their packages to Greece are especially good, the hotels are beautiful and feel like a home away from home. In my most recent holiday to Kefalonia, Les at Olympic went above and beyond to rearrange my transfers, and book trips etc after I missed my flight. I recommend them highly!

The booking was all going well until the payment bit when the system/bank had a bit of a glitch. So I called and Olympic called me back. A HUGE THANK YOU TO DAVID PASCOE for fantastic customer service and patience sorting thre problem.
