We started with friendly associates in the store with the help of an equally friendly and helpful manager for any questions left unanswered. We knew it would take 8-10 weeks for our furniture to come in because it is hand made by Daniel's Amish. My only complaint is that old brick was not good about calling us with any updates on time frame and we ended up waiting 3 months, which for us was okay because we were willing to wait for this amazing furniture. I called the store several times to find out if the furniture was in and on the third time, they said it was in and I scheduled delivery. The delivery guys were respectful. The warehouse employees forgot to load the headboard in the truck, so when I called they said it would have to come in a couple days; however, old brick called us back and said they would bring it within the hour. It all worked out well and now we have beautiful furniture!!

I went in to buy a matress and the Salesperson walked me through the process a step at a time. He was excellent.

They sell good quality furniture at a reasonable price and the sales team are top notch.

Salesperson (Jeremy) at Old Brick seemed knowledgeable, informative, and helpful, but not pushy at all. We looked around at a few comparable furniture stores and really couldn't find a better deal. The service agreement was a no-brainer with leather, so we opted for that also. We paid for delivery and it was fast and satisfactory. They even brought a box of fresh cookies, which was a nice touch.

The delivery personnel were extremely efficient and polite. The wrong chair was initially delivered when the sofa and loveseat were delivered. This required a second delivery within 2 weeks, due to my schedule. Again, everyone involved were easy to deal with.

Sales staff was helpfull informative well educated on product knowledge.. an not pushy.. Delivery crew was neat, organized and respectful..

I brought my 12 yr old son to pick out a new mattress for him and it went very smooth. I have purchased a variety of items from living room and dining room furniture in the past, and once again I am happy with my purchase.

We went shopping last weekend for a new bed and mattress to replace ours of over 8 years. Tim, our salesman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different mattresses and was able to pick just the right mattress we needed. He helped with cost and our financing. We get all of our furniture from Old Brick, their quality is great and their prices even better!

As always, we had a fantastic shopping experience here. We were helped promptly, found the box spring we were looking for and got it at a great price. In less than an hour we were in and out with our product and on our way home- in the middle of Presidents' Day rush nonetheless! Would recommend again and again.

We are first timers with Old Brick Furniture. My friend recommended and has been a customer for years. We feel confident about what we were told and feel good about the warranty. Of course we love our two new recliner couches with bells and whistles! We are sold!

I'm not a review writer, and I really enjoy my new 2 pc. set, but, the poor customer experience of the Troy, NY store made me feel pressured to share this. Let me be clear, my salesman was great!! Unfortunately, the office staff and store manager, however, not so much. We placed our order back in November, expecting time of arrival just a bit over 1 month, and we were going to pick it up (since we have a truck and they charge for delivery). When no calls after that initial wait time prompted us to come in, I called them. The young lady answering phone made me feel I was a burden to look into it, but found there was a 7-10 day delay. 2 more similar delays that followed, I asked to speak with store mgr. This took me 2 more times of calling them to get him to call me back. At this point, I was so upset, but with my $180 deposit out of pocket (since November and the 3 months time I invested in waiting, I really didn't want to throw in the towel. Cut to the chase, 3.5 months later, and a verbal apology from the manager only prompted AFTER I had pointed out not one of his staff had taken a moment to apologize. and we now have our furniture in the house. He did, however, offer me a free installation, which we took them up on. Still, all and all, this entire frustrating experience would have been a lot easier to swallow if they realized it's important to keep your customer aware of what's happening. No response, or no communication leads the customer to believe you don't appreciate their business. Not the best move on a company's behalf considering I was a repeat customer and I still have another 2 rooms to furnish. I'm sorry to say, it will not be from Old Brick.

Helpful but not overbearing staff. Nice selection and quality furniture. Great buying experience.

Couch was due to come in mid-January. Having heard nothing I called late January and was told it wouldn't be in until first or second week in February.

Everyone was friendly, the delivery guys were great. Will buy again and recommend to friends and family.

the sales people where great but I should have checked out the recliner better I have purchased 3 recliners from old brick in the last 20 years but this one is very awkward

Everyone there is always great and helpful without being pushy. I love my mattress and I will be back to purchase more furniture.
