We were looking for a certain type of chairs, with the help of a salesman who didn't push us in any direction we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The salesman just pointed out the different types of chairs and when it came time to order he was very knowledgeable.

Spent good money, to pick up furniture, to have a man give me tiny rope to tie down my stuff, and never once offered to help. All I got was have a good day, as he shut the garage door in receiving!!
I have bought from Old Brick many times and always have a good experience. There is never any pressure and the transactions always go smoothly. My only issue is with the delivery charge. It just irks me to have to pay for delivery. Free delivery should be the norm. It's the cost of doing business.

My wife and I looked at OldBrick 'just in case'-We were'nt really sure what we wanted-either a new recliner(smaller than current one),or a Loveseat.I have some mobility issues,and our Sales Associate JOEY was AWESOME,very patient,and after a little bit-showed us a beautiful Recliner(Manual) which was great,but I had trouble raising and lowering it.He then showed us a power Recliner-also beautiful,lower price than the Manual,higher height than normal(good for getting up and down),power recline and lower...NICE.We did purchase it and a few days later got it delivered-I did not get the names of the delivery guys,but they were GREAT-VERY PROFESSIONAL.I had a question which they couldnt answer-about 2 hrs after delivery-I recieved an answer in email that solved my question.Chair is GREAT=makes getting up and down much easier,I highly recommend these folks.When we decide to replace our sofa-we will likely go to OLD BRICK. -A Morrow

Everyone in the store was nice and helpful. All the salespeople were excellent and helped each other which made for a delightful overall experience. Would definitely shop here for furniture again. The delivery went smooth as well. We received a call from one of the delivery drivers saying they were a little ahead of schedule and would it be ok if they showed up an hour early. All went very well.
Great local business. Plenty of inventory, and the employees are helpful. Pricing is appropriate for the quality of the furniture, and they cover the frame of a sofa for life.
