We purchased quite a bit of furniture from Old Brick for our new home, > $10000 worth. The furniture they sell is very nice, we got an Amish furniture bedroom set and a king size tempurpedic bed. First I think their sales staff is misinformed and kinda shady. We got the adjustable base for hte bed and our sales man told us about the warranty. Normally I think warranties are a rip off, but for the price we paid, I'd like the base to function for a long time. $150 for the warranty they say. OK, then as we are half way through the write up, I say why is it $300? Oh well its a king so its 2 bases, so you need to buy 2 warranties. Thats for telling us. Secondly, they quoted 8-10 weeks on the Amish. We got the stuff delivered at 12 weeks. Messed up plans as we hoped to have it in at max 10 and had guests that ended up staying at a hotel because we didn't have our stuff yet. When the headboard and dresser came, they didn't fit up the stairs. The movers spent about 2 minutes trying to get it up there and were like oh well we can't do it. You can reject the delivery but you will lose 30% deposit. OK brah, that's what were gonna do. Offered no help or other suggestions. They'd been delivering over 15 years so they know all. I had em leave the furniture and the next day had to pay another moving company 200 bucks to move the furniture in the back porch (2nd level but was still easy and took about 10 mins). The store never called to see if there was anything they could do to help or try to help us with getting the furniture upstairs, they got their money so why do they care. Once they did finally deliver, they also brought a bed with a huge stain on it, that they tried to clean before delivering. They said you can keep this one if you want or we will deliver another in a few days. OK, the fact that you would even bring the dirty one is embarrassing. Plus it would have already had a voided warranty because of the stain, nice trick. I rejected the bed. They brought another 2 days later. When installing the frames and hooking it up it was half assed. I looked in the box and was like, is their anything else in there? No they said. I look through myself, there are back up batteries for the base in there and a strap that connects the 2 bases together. Both things they would have missed and thrown away had I not looked myself. I'd give this a 1 star overall but the furniture is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. Both obviously not Old Bricks doing but I'm not terribly unhappy with the product. Needless to say, we dropped a lot of coin with them and we will never go back and do business again. We planned to get a decent amount more things but have since went to another store. We have a 90 day sleep trial on the bed and are considering returning it if for no other reason but to spend our money elsewhere. If considering furniture, I'd look elsewhere, very poor customer service.

It's my first stop when looking for furniture and I usually find what I'm looking for right there. Have always been happy with courteous and knowledgable salespeople. I've been shopping at Old Brick for the last 16-17 years and have never been disappointed.

I like this store as it has a nice selection of furniture. I bought a sofa, love seat and recliner. Nice laid back approach by sales people. Very helpful and moved stuff around for me as I was trying to matchup other items with what we bought. I would shop here again in the future.

I purchased a mattress from Old Brick. I do have back problems and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience starting with shopping to delivery of the mattress was good. I would definitely recommend Old Brick. I love my new mattress.

I found a particular table at Old Brick for a price lower than any other store around. The staff was excellent in assisting me with the purchase. I will definitely buy there again.

Great staff ! Unfortunately the items I purchased could not be placed where I wanted them. The salesperson and customer service person made it really easy for me to get my money back and find another piece.

We went on Presidents' Day and got some phenomenal deals. The quality of the furniture was excellent compared to other stores at their price point and the sales people were helpful when needed but in no way high pressure like other stores.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. He placed us on this mattress that told us which mattress to purchase. As a result we spent maybe 1/2 hour in the store. The delivery team was awesome as they spent the time needed to get the job done. I had a very difficult delivery and the guys were very pleasant the entire time. Could ask for a better company to deal with. Great job everyone!!!!

The lift chair is excellent quality and the 2 delivery men were friendly, informative, and so helpful.

Very knowledgeable salesperson helped me purchase my Sterns and Foster mattress and box spring. Price was comparable to another store in the area.

Salesperson was very helpful with our purchase of a mattress for us and two couches for our sons Christmas gift. The couch for one of my sons could not make it up to his upper duplex. it was exchange with another couch that would fit with no hassle and within three days and no additional delivery charge. I always feel that the real test of satisfaction is when things go wrong and I can say I was very satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend or return to this store.

I love my new mattress and storage bed. The guys who delivered it were extremely efficient and professional. I can't recommend the store enough.

We really like the showroom and how many choices. Most products seem to be quality furniture. Doing all our shopping here from now on. They didn't send urban thugs for Delivery men, instead delivery men were polite,friendly and helpful.
