I placed a substantial order that included a sectional couch, coffee table, entertainment center, and a cocktail table with two stools. The couch and the entertainment center were available for drop off right way but the coffee table and the cocktail table were on back order. No problem! We received the couch and entertainment center with no hiccups. There was a winter storm and it got delayed a week but Old Brick kept us on the loop. We then received the coffee table and just seconds after it was dropped off, we realized there was a sizable chip in the top. We called right away and the customer service rep set up an exchange for the following week. Very timely! And the replacement was perfect. We are currently still waiting on cocktail table and that's truly the only reason why I'm giving a 4/5. It was estimated that it be in at the end of March and now it's the first week in April. Overall a very happy customer! Thank you!

Couldn't be more pleased with my experience or my new sofa and recliner! I first visited on the extremely busy Presidents Day holiday. Those working were doing their best but there were just too many customers. Returned a couple days later and had wonderful assistance picking out fabric. My furniture was delivered 5 weeks to the day I ordered it. Both peices are terrific. Very happy with process from browsing to selecting to purchasing to delivery. Thank you!

Love how the sales people are not pushy like some stores, love that they delivered my recliner that was in earlier than the sofa separate without charging extra, love that they were on time and friendly when delivering the furniture.

I think Old Brick is a great place because there is no sales pressure whatsoever and I love the selection.

I had a great experience at Old Brick. I would advise anyone to shop for their furniture needs. I wend to three other stores before I ended up there, and the sales people were not too clingy. They were well informed and answered my questions. I loved the sofa and loveseat that I picked out. I also purchased end table2, coffee table, and an ottoman. They said it would take about 4 weeks to get them. They were delivered in 5. I was more than satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Quick and easy shopping experience. Got a good mattress set for a good price. When I went to pick it up only took a few minutes and people were nice.

Great experience all around. From looking at mattresses to the actual delivery it was excellent. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

The quality of their furniture is top notch. Everyone is always polite. The sales reps do not hover but they stand off ready and available to assist. their protection plan is worth it as well.

Old brick has a great selection. I was amazed that I could customize the fabric and even the pillows of my couch and keep it within my price range. Very friendly staff too. We are so happy with our couch!

The recliner is defected n now I have to wait over a week for a service rep to come over n look at it! I need it now
