We purchased furniture for our new home, a bedroom set and a dining room set. When we were finally able to have the items delivered we were disappointed to find the dining room table we ordered was delivered with no legs, the cabinet had 3 damaged areas. The bedroom set arrived with a damaged dresser and a damaged foot board. After several frustrating calls to "Customer Service" I am still waiting to hear when replacements for the damaged items will arrive and for legs to my dining room table. I will not be rushing out to buy any more items from Old Brick any time soon.

Searched for the right dining room set, literally went to every furniture store in the capital district & beyond...very happy w/ Old Brick in Rotterdam. Low pressure, good price on handmade Amish hardwood set. Nice people, helpful not pushy.
Quality at a decent price.
Ordering process went fine. Few pieces were backordered so I had two different deliveries. The first delivery was of a bedroom set that was fine and the set was not damaged. The second delivery was of my back ordered pieces. A bookshelf and a large 2 piece entertainment stand that I did not notice was damaged until I had already signed the paper and the delivery men had left. When I went to wipe down the piece, I had noticed on a corner side piece, they had colored in the damaged section. Its larger than a quarter. There is another spot on the back of the top piece that there is also a piece of broken wood. For the amount of money that I spent on this piece it should be perfect and its not. Let alone being covered up with a marker.
