Where do I begin? Two months ago I scouted out a new mattress I was going to buy for a house I was closing on. I figured I would buy it once the house was officially mine. I went back two months later and I was parked in the parking lot. The store did not open until 10 and since it was 9:45 I figured I would sit in the parking lot with my window cracked open and enjoy the nice weather. The parking lot was half empty and a car pulls into the spot to the right of me. The guy, turns out it was an employee pulling in after 9:50, swings his car door open into my car and was going to walk away as if nothing happened since he did not see me. Well- for the record I take very good care of my things, especially my vehicles. I made him aware that I was in the car- I get out to make sure there wasn't any damage and to my surprise there wasn't which I was shocked based on how he smack my car. He apologized but I told him he needed to be more cognizant of other peoples belongings. I go inside and another very nice employee sold me the mattress and on my order he wrote please give 45 mins heads up prior to arrival since I work over a half hour away on a good day. I get a call the morning of delivery at 8:30 (I am not sure why they can't give better notice- Taft furniture was great with delivery and gave 2 days notice and a 2 hour time frame) and they stated they would be there between 11 and 1. Fine no problem. I asked if they could call 45mins ahead of time like it was planned and they rudely stated they would give me 30 mins. I tried to explain what I had discussed with the sales rep and he stated, I will give you 30min. To avoid having an argument on the phone since the guy was rude anyway I waited until 10am to call the store. Again- very helpful, she called the delivery driver to explain and then called right back to say we were all set. I receive a phone call saying they were on their way after noon. I left immediately from work and to my surprise I was scheduled to make it home right on the 30min mark. With 5 mins left of the drive I receive a call from delivery asking where I was. I explained I was 5mins away (even though I still technically had 20mins) and would be there asap. I get home and they are in my driveway with the doors to the truck open. I hurry out of my car and open the door and put my stuff in the kitchen (its a ranch style home). One of the 2 delivery guys came into the kitchen to show me paperwork while the other was doing some work. Let me paint a picture- there is literally nothing in the house and nothing in the room they were delivering the mattress and Bunkie board into. I spent hours washing and waxing the floors to prep for delivery. No one was living in the house at the time. Apparently, the lazy and rude delivery drivers decided to drag the mattress and Bunkie board across the floors in the bedroom and scraped all of the wax off the floor in a nice trail to where they put the mattress. Before signing, and utterly frustrated at this point, I showed the delivery guy what they had done. He tried to pass it off as already being there- FALSE! He then looked down at his boots which they weren't wearing boot protectors even though I told him I just did the hardwood floors an I told him it isn't boot marks its from dragging the stuff across the floor. I called the store and they apologized and put me through to the delivery department. I received a call back and the lady was just as rude as the delivery drivers. I feel bad for giving the sales department a bad review in this because ultimately they were 3/5 but delivery killed my experience and I will never have anything delivered from this company. Ever. I would be devastated if I did something like that to someone but then again I wouldn't be that rude and wreckless as they were. I was doomed from the start and should have never bought my mattress from there. I would not recommend their services!
Product was cheaper by $200 from other stores! Love it!
Have always been very satisfied with our purchases in the past. However we recently bought a recliner that was lopsided. Great customer service as far as the exchange and the two gentlemen who delivered the new one were outstanding. The exchanged chair is lopsided. Also very disappointing is the sectional we purchased less than a year ago. Material quality isn't what I expected but I figured as long as it holds up I am fine with it. Just noticed the other day a seam is splitting. Our household consists of two adults with no dogs or children. I'm very disappointed
No pushy salespeople when I went looking at furniture, knowledgeable when I asked questions.
No pressure helpfull sales staff. Friendly polite delivery staff, they even brought cookies, how nice is that!

Really happy with my purchase. I saw the couch in-store and made my purchase online. The transaction was easy and seamless. I immediately received a confirmation that my order was received and a call the next business day confirming when my order would arrive in-store and could then be expected to be contacted for delivery. My order arrived in store a couple of days early and I was immediately contacted to schedule delivery. I had a brief appointment at 9 AM. When I returned home by 9:45 AM, the couch had been delivered and was set up in my living room as if it'd been there the entire time. I LOVE the clean lines. Very nice looking and fits perfectly in our living room. Customer service and delivery were outstanding!
Great customer service- no hassle in and out very friendly. Even took care of me with a wheel chair noticing I was on crutches.
The salesman was professional, provided the information we needed and made our purchase a pleasure.

Excellent selection and pricing. Helpful sales people. Follow up after purchase could be improved. They promised the furniture in 30-45 days, but mine actually took 62 days. I called repeatedly to check in. I would have appreciated follow up phone calls. I live outside the delivery area so I can't comment on that aspect.
We will miss the Troy store.
I was very pleased with the furniture but they quoted us a price on the protection plan but when we went to check out it was MUCH higher. Also they told us it would be 6 weeks to get our furniture and it was 10 weeks. Not a happy customer. The delivery guys were nice.
