I purchased a chair in a custom color. Got it home and it was too big for the Room. Returned it on my own and was charged a $140 re-stocking fee. I would have purchased another chair there if the fee could be applied to the new purchase. Since you were unwilling to do that. I will never shop in any of your stores again. Bad policy.
My love seat had a whole in it. I paid all that money to wait to get something damaged. Know have to wait for someone to come out and fix it.
The best prices in the capital region for solid-wood furniture. Shipping is expensive, though. If you are buying a single piece better bring your own truck.

The service I received in the Railroad Avenue location was excellent. The staff from sales to customer service to delivery were exceptional. My purchase was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. Old Brick will continue to be my first choice for furniture purchases. I highly recommend this company to family and friends.

We recently made our first purchase from Old Brick Furniture. They had a great selection of living room sets and many, many choices of fabrics. The delivery team was very polite and protected our floors with a blanket so they wouldn't get them wet from the rain. A friend has since told us that they have many pieces from Old Brick and love them and said that their customer service is great. We'll be returning the next time we need furniture.
I was pleased with the Furniture a little disappointed when I found out they didn't sell the accessories (lamps,center pieces,trees) oh well I guess I went in looking for Furniture and that's all I came home with
