was told to wait by the loading dock for the product and it was cold and pouring rain that day. should have been told to wait inside till product was ready to be loaded which took about 10-12 minutes.
I ordered a bed at Old Brick online. I had never seen the item other than online. I was contacted by a salesperson. I had a lot going on with construction at my home and I was not ready to have the furniture delivered right away. I periodically called this salesperson for different reasons such as additions to my order, questions about payment, etc. I felt that the salesperson, at times, was a little curt and sarcastic towards me. When I was finally ready for delivery, I called again to set the date for delivery. When I got off the phone, I realized that I did not get a delivery time, so I called this salesperson back. I apologized to him for calling twice. He made the comment to me "Well anytime you call, I expect you to call me back at least twice." Truthfully, I did not appreciate his comment, did not feel he was very personable, and even if he was kidding, it was unprofessional. As far as the delivery, the men were very pleasant and accommodating. I was pleased with them and they should be commended for excellent customer service. As far as the furniture, I am very pleased with the quality. In the future , if I decide to do business with The Old Brick again, I will not do business with that salesperson. I gave your rating 4 stars only because of the delivery men and the quality of the furniture. As for the salesperson, he would get 3 stars. He should have welcomed the online sale as it took him no effort and it was a freebie if he earned commission from it!

The salesclerk was very pleasant. The pick up, a few days after the sale, went smoothly. The merchandise was in good shape--better than the floor model which had a few minor dents.

Good experience. I like the fact that the salespeople make themselves available but do not hover or rush you. They let you browse without being bothered. Nice showroom with good selection and prices.
Old Brick honored the 5 year warranty on my sofa after 3 years. Damage to the sofa could not be repaired so they gave me a full refund of what I paid in store credit. I bought a new sofa at Old Brick along with another 5 year warranty and they delivered it free and removed the old sofa. I'm very pleased.
Great customer service, speedy delivery & setup, price was a bit higher than some other comparable stores however if we bought a mattress with the bed they took $50 off the price of delivery & setup. Can't speak on the quality yet as we've only had it a few days.
purchased couch and loveseat around sept called service to fix it came and ordered parts said it would take up to 6wks for parts to come in kept calling went to store to complain another guy came 9of course the couch was getting worse as time went by] waiting, waiting did I mention thethat the parts had to come from china that's whats taking so long they came to take the couch out asked what I was supposed to sit on and she said well you have a love seat so hear we are 4 kids 2 adults and sometime visitors with 1 love seat that 2cansit on not to worry though I brought in some lawn chairs did I forget to mention it is now april and little did I know when I purchased the furniture that it came from china! Inever would of purchase it if I wanted something from China I would of went to the Dollar store! guess where I won,t be shopping for furniture anymore.

We were very impressed with the salesman taking us step by step through the various stages resulting in the purchase of our Queen Tempur-pedic mattress. Very pleased with the excellent work of the two gentlemen that came to set-up the Temper-pedic mattress. Seemed like an electronic nightmare to us. Unfortunately, we decided on the Queen feeling the CA King Split would be overpowering in the room. We were never told that there is a Queen Split, which would have served our purpose better. Should have done more research - asked the question rather than assuming when it wasn't offered as an alternative.
The woman who handles special orders advised me that the item I was interested in was no longer available in the store so she would have to call the manufacturer to see if the item was still available and then she would call me back. After waiting two weeks for a callback I decided to stop by the store and I spoke with Trisch in the office and explained the situation. The woman was contacted and she came out and stated that she had contacted the manufacturer and they hadn't gotten back to her yet (yea right) with an answer. I then advised her that I had gone on the intent and the item is still available at other outlets at which time she returned to her office. Trisch asked if she might be able to help So I showed her my earlier paperwork. She checked her computer and advised me that it appears that the item I was interested in purchasing was still available and contacted a salesperson on the floor to process my request. Because of Trisch I was able to order the item, which was in stock, and not have to order over the internet. It's nice to know that there are employees who still care about "customer satisfaction ".
Knowledgeable salesperson helped me in my selection.. Gave me pros and cons of each mattress I was looking at as well as what I can upgrade to later on if I wanted

Very pleasant experience the staff was very helpful with our selections. The delivery staff was very professional.
I knew what I wanted and no one there was pushy. they answered questions I had and where very helpful. I ordered a living room set but It has to come in pieces. That would be my only complaint. A coach and loveseat and recliner was the set and one piece is not coming for two months after I ordered it.
Old Brick merchandise and customer service are the best.
