Salesman was outstanding. Took the time to explain all the options for each bedroom set we looked at. Told us what kind of materials were used to build each piece. Answered all questions. Never felt pressured or hurried. It really was a good experience.
Our experience at Old Brick Furniture when purchasing a loveseat was a very good one. There was no pressure on us to purchase and the salesperson who helped us was very informative and very helpful in our decision. When we finalized our purchase, the salesperson was very prompt and didn't put any pressure on us whatsoever. Old Brick has such a large selection of furniture and if one cannot find what they are looking for there, then it might not be available anywhere.
One of the cushions zipper busted after only a month of having the sectional and now I have to wait 6 weeks for a replacement cushion case In the meantime I have a cushion that keeps coming out of the case Very disappointed!

Your sales person is pushy and isn't listening to want you want or afford. He was pushing you to what he wanted to sell and the high price items. I tried to stay in my budget but he kept saying" you pay for quality the high price is high quality.". And if you didn't want the higher price item he would show you another high price item.

This piece of furniture is the worst piece of furniture I ever purchased and it was not cheap. It was filthy from the factory and stained poorly. The stain on the feet is not same color as the rest of it and not stained evenly all over. It is stapled together on the bottom where the feet go and the cheap wood which may not even be wood split and we had to repair it to attach the feet. The clasp on the door is not placed where it should so the door does not close evenly. The quality oh right there is no quality it is pure garbage. The kicker is made in America if this is what we turn out no wonder we have no industry. Tradition has proved american workers are incompetent and do it any old way just to get it done and here is the proof. It's a disgrace. Whoever built this is beyond incompetent. I had to wait over a month for this which is a joke. The whole thing is beyond poor quality and basically no construction and cost close to $400.00. I expect it to further apart at any minute and we can spend another 2 hours to repair because it is impossible to rebuild with the inferior materials use.
Lots of history in the building. Furniture is great, pricing is fair and the staff friendly and not aggressive, just helpful. Delivery staff is great too. We wanted an exact duplicate to a couch we bought 6 years ago and the salesman was able to pull up our purchasing record, so it was easy. Made in USA. Thanks Old Brick!

Everyone was very helpful, not pushy at all and I feel very happy with my purchase. Delivery went great and they even brought a box of cookies and remembered it was my birthday! I would definitely recommend Old Brick to anyone!

There is no high pressure sales with Old Brick. Sales people introduce themselves and offer assistance if you need, otherwise you are left alone to look around. If you have a question, your inquiries are answered quickly without pressure. We have been very happy with our purchase. The quality of the furniture piece is excellent.
Pretty good experience. Bought living and bedroom sets. Bought too big of a dresser and had no issues returning within the 5 day window but they did charge another half delivery fee, my fault though. Also had issues with initial bed frame set up which they fixed on next delivery. I thought the delivery guys were awesone and made me feel very at ease to have them in my home. Overall good experience.
The sales people were good,, the people that delivered my furniture were great... But when my wife got home we found that her dresser draws did not close right. Old Brick sent someone out to look at the dresser and the man said that we needed new guides for the draws. After not hearing from anyone for a couple weeks I called Old Brick. The woman told me the parts were on order and would be in March 3rd. As of today I have not heard from Old Brick about fixing my wife's dresser. My wife has had a new dresser now for about four months and she still can't close her dresser draws all the way...
