The delivery crew were on time and attempted to place our furniture in the designated room. Unfortunately while moving the furniture, a rip in the sectional occurred. Old Brick was quick to set up an appointment for a technician to come out and repair or replace the piece.
Easy to work with Old Brick - no pressure. Quality product are good price. When items arrived found issue with fabric (not a stain) & they immediately send out representative to check and confirmed not a stain but flaw in fabric dye that was missed and will replace.
We have bought a lot of furniture from Old Brick. But my last experience with them will have me going elsewhere from now on. We bought a bedroom set a little over a year ago and it is falling apart. The leg on one dresser broke off the first day we got it,which they poorly repaired. It has broke again and the drawers are warped and not closing. The other dresser was under a skylight, we had a table runner on it which got wet and the sun baked the runner to the dresser and tore the finish off. We had purchased this wonderful warranty (SCAM) that covers anything we may do to the furniture. After a month of trying to file a claim they sent out a repair man( he showed up in a Cadillac wearing a leather coat with no tools) he said the furniture could not be repaired. Now I'm told because we didn't physically damage the finish on dresser it's not covered and the drawers on other are warped and it's a factory defect ( which is only covered for one year) this isn't covered on extended warranty either because we didn't do it. They are still looking into fixing the leg AGAIN ( it's been two months). I've spent thousands of dollars with Old Brick and have no kids and take care of my belongings so I feel this is bull. I will never do business with them again

My salesperson was a little overwhelming, making me feel not so great for wanting a cheaper product than he recommended. But I love the products I got and will continue to go to Old Brick for furniture.
The sales staff is helpful and accommodating. The deliveries are on time.. the personnel are courteous. This was our third buying experience at "Old Brick" have no excuse not to return..

Chris our salesmen was great ... But the delivery people horrible .. they gave us a 2 hr window and never showed up until an 1 1/2 of the scheduled time Quentin was condescending, rude . Didn't wipe his feet off when he came in NOr did he wear booties VERY Unprofessional... also this is the 3rd time I paid for delivery ask for Free delivery we were told nope that's doesn't happen now they are advertising FREE delivery we have spent almost $400 for deliveries ... the last one should be reimbursed since they were rude and didn't show up on time

Service sucked as we had to hunt someone down to get service on what we wanted to buy. We bought the desk and chair that was absolutely beautiful on display, I had been eyeing this for 2 years now and finally decided to buy it. Big mistake on my part. The desk had an inlay that was leather and a map of the world. When my fiancé brought the box home and upon arrival I was already disappointed. I PAID $300 FOR FURNITURE MADE IN CHINA!? When we opened the box, it was a total let down, the actual wood was dark and not the warm honey color. The leather inlay was garbage, it too was very dark and hard, not light and soft like the display. I was very disappointed. I expected better and not pay over $300 for garbage, ESPECIALLY FROM CHINA! The service sucked as well, no one apologized for the junk furniture and no one asked us what was wrong or why we were returning the item. Big let down and disappointment. I would be hard pressed to shop there again.
I just bought a lift chair for my husband from Old Brick. The gentleman that took care of the sale was very polite and explained everything to me. The delivery men were very courteous. They put th old chair elsewhere in the house like I asked them to. They were here on time. I am very happy with my third purchase from Old Brick. About 6 months ago I bought a love seat and 2 recliners and I am very happy with that sale.
I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Old Brick and have been very satisfied. My only complaint was learning that a lifetime warranty in New York State is really only good for 7 years. That has been the only bummer! Great delivery schedule!
Quality furniture at a reasonable price
Staff was helpful, the selection good for the price point. I bought a couch and would have loved to be educated more about sitting height. The salesperson explained everything about depth of the seat, but nothing about height. The couch I bought on sale is non returnable, but ended up being a little high, which means less comfortable to sit in than I had hoped. Unfortunately that only became apparent when the couch was delivered. Nothing we can do about it now. Otherwise very satisfied.
+ Pleased with furniture (-) late delivery after window provided on a week day when arrangements already need to be made (-) delivery guys wore boots (why not carry shoe covers) in new house on new hardwood floors and left scuff marks on two walls.
