Had to wait for my chair . Ordered it in February had it delivered in May 2nd. They had a problem with the material? Both men who did deliver were very nice.
The guys that delivered furniture were excellent and professional, the also were careful bringing in and setting up my furniture not to ding or scratch anything that was big for me, would recommend them and sales all-around A+ rating
I have bought several times over the years.i paid $650.00 for a new chair hàď to pay $50.00 for delivery and no haulaway which l had to paý $25 Most of your competitors dò it for free !!!Have

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Troy location because of their great relocation sale going on. This is our second purchase with Old Brick. My parents and friends have also bought furniture from Old Brick. We have always had a good experience. There is no pressure to buy anything. The sales clerks are always very helpful. It is easy to finance through Old Brick. Delivery has been smooth and easy everytime, as the delivery guys have been very professional. Overall a great experience each time at Old Brick.
the help didn't seem knowledgeable on how to maintain a leather chair. She said, "there should be instructions that comes with the chair", which there was no instructions when the chair was delivered. The delivery guys were excellent, accommodating and just had a good attitude.

we have purchased many items from old brick in the past and never had a problem before until this last purchase about a month ago. we bought a clearance reclining sofa. I was told it was on clearance because the manufacture was discontinuing that line. once they where gone that was it so there would not be a manufacture warrantee but I still can purchase the extended warrantee from old brick.Which I did, so when I decided to buy it they looked up to make sure they still had it in warehouse and if they didn't I would get the floor model. well she told me they had plenty. it was delivered and was wrapped in plastic, it came late in day so it wasn't until later on at night that I noticed that the left side of sofa had a cut in the leather and 2 poked hole through the leather. then on the right side up by the top of the sofa was a cut in the leather and scuffed up marks by the seam. so I called old brick and guess what. they will not do nothing because I bought a clearance item. your buying a non returnable item. I said yes but your also buying an item that looks like floor model that was free of cuts and poked holes in it. I told them if I had known that I would of wanted to see the exact sofa that was getting delivered to me so I could make sure there was nothing wrong with it. then I was told that it was at a deep discount as well. it was only marked down by 195. so that is not a deep discount. so now I am stuck this damaged goods that probably wont last like it should considering these are cuts and rips, not just scuffed up leather. so buyer beware. I will never purchase from there again. I will also report this matter to BBB. and Attorney General. if I had known it was going to be damaged I could of purchased something not on clearance for the same money that would of been in perfect shape. this is so unacceptable!!! and disgusting too.
