The staff were very helpful without being intrusive or overbearing. We visited a number of furniture stores but only Oak Furnitureland had furniture that we wanted to buy and their customer service was excellent.

Friendly staff when purchasing furniture. Kept informed of arrival date. Furniture delivered on time. Only criticism is that delivery men didn’t wear shoe coverings so had to clean my carpet in some places after they had left as were a few muddy marks.
