We dealt with Ian in Ayr. We visited the shop two or three times before making a final decision. He gave us his contact number and days he'd be working which made it a more personal experience, and explained everything fully when we came to place final order without any feeling of being rushed.

The delivery and installation men were professional, thorough and quick. They phone 30minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way, they put the furniture together, explained how the functions worked and took all the packaging away with them.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the products we purchased. Sean and Michael really are a credit to oak furnitureland.

Good customer service
There was no pressure from the sales man and I had a laugh with him. The seethe was delivered very quickly and the two delivery drivers where very friendly and went out of there way to help. Top rate job all round.
