Well I have returned my furniture as agreed must say customer relations have been very helpful, especially Amy and Paula I am now waiting for my refund but OFL have said they have sent it back to the finance company but they say they have not had it, so I have no sofa etc and no refund hopefully I won't have to go to the Ombudsman regarding my refund.

Had viewed dining room tables and chairs online and visited showroom to see them . Very good selection of mix and match tables, chairs and benches. Lauren was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to make the best choice. The whole experience was pleasant, easy and efficient.

Our sales guide Marcus at the Taunton was helpful and knowledgeable. The lighting inside the store isn't daylight so he happily moved smaller items into daylight so we could compare colours with our flooring sample. We are very pleased with our previous lounge suite and furniture which we finish paying for in August. Marcus has got our dining furniture sale locked in for August with the current deal and zero percent repayment plan and the price match policy gives us confidence to order now. Lovely design and quality as we replace the last of our dark brown Jentique cottage furniture bought over 40 years ago.
