When we came in the shop Ann was polite and helpful explaining the layout of the shop to us then left us to explore , and after a few minutes came to check on us and answer questions. We weren’t able to order on that day as we forgot our measurements but we called it in a couple days later and Dave took the order over the phone and was extremely helpful too.

Just amazing. Saif, the sales assistant, was brilliant. We couldn't have asked for better service. We went to a couple other sofa stores, DFS and Busbridge and they were awful. We quickly returned to Oak Furnitureland and brought 2 sofas and a foot stall. This world needs more people like Saif. We cannot thank you and Oak Furnitureland enough.

We were shopping around for new sofa dining table chairs and lounge furniture after a flood and found oak furniture to have the best selection of quality furniture at reasonable prices. Ordering and paying was easy. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable

Both members is staff was a credit to your company very polite and professional without being patronising. Would definitely go back.
I could not recommend Oak Furniture enough! We came away with a beautiful table and chairs and a gorgeous sofa. There is the option for different materials for the sofa as well. It is also the best furniture showroom in Grimsby. It gives you a real idea of how things will look. Tom was fantastic- he really helped us understand our options, he really knew the items and to top it off was friendly and helpful. He was supportive and was not the 'pushy salesman'. I cannot thank him enough for his help. It was just all spot on. Thank you again.

Oak furniture land leicester fosse park. Went in to look for a dining table and sofa. We were serve by this young beautiful lady called Olivia Hayward. She was very pleasant, friendly and professional at the same time. Very knowledgeable and one can tell that she is very passionate with her job. She took her time with us answering all our questions, throughout the entire time she was very nice and kind. It makes a lot difference when you come across a sales person who is passionate in what they do. We enjoyed our day buying furniture because Olivia made every minute of enjoyable. I cannot recommend Oak furniture enough. Good quality and very pleasant staff. Thank you soooo much Olivia keep up the good work 5 star all the way 🥰😘
