Yea 1st glass delivery I was kept up to date with the delivery crew so wasn’t kept hanging around all day. The clock is excellent and looks great on my lounge wall.
The quality of the wardrobe is excellent. Delivery was fast and communication about order and delivery were outstanding. I would not recommend standard delivery for this very heavy item. The wardrobe, which came in four sections, was taken to the bedroom, but the main sections were left upside down and facing the wrong way and fully packaged. One section had to have its packaging removed for ease of entry into the house. We then found over 10 bags of fixings and no instructions!! We eventually found them outside in the huge cardboard box mixed in with all the packaging!!!! The advert stated very little assembly necessary, but be aware, this wardrobe requires quite a lot of construction. The protective packaging was incredible and the wardrobe arrived in perfect condition. However, be aware that we had five, very large bin liners full of polystyrene packaging, plastic, sticky tape and card, as well as large blocks of polystyrene and a large quantity of cardboard to dispose of.
The requirements to pay £49 to alter the original delivery date. In my opinion you are stealing money to change a date. All the other companies involved had now issue or change linked to changing a delivery date. The unhelpfulnes of the delivery men. Would not bring the heavy items into the room requested

The salesman, welcomed us and after a quick chat, about what we were looking for, he left us to browse around the store but was always on hand to answer questions and offer advice. When we had decided on the style we wanted he talked us through the options and made the whole experience easy and stress free.

I placed my order by calling the customer center. Ben was very helpful in sorting out my order for me and fixing the delivery schedule to be on the same day. So far so good and I can't wait to see my items in two months. It will actually be when I need it, not before.
