Went in the purchase a bed to match my already bedroom furniture. The sales assistant ( unfortunately I did not get his name), was very through with answering my questions. My husband and I bought a beautiful oak table from Oak Furniture land, Nottingham and were looked after by Callum Green. The furniture quality and comfort really stood out. We decided to buy, and were very well looked after. We were able to try out the furniture for comfort, and personalise it with the seating and fabric swatches. Everything was explained, from care of the furniture to delivery and beyond. I would definitely return for a future purchase!

Bought a Sienna leather 3 seater sofa and two armchairs. Nearly £5000, included 5 year furniture care. Just over a year after delivery leather started badly sagging or as correct term puddling happened on both chairs then sofa. Front of chairs compressed down and seat area has very little support very uncomfortable to sit on. Sofa has same defect although not as advanced yet.. Even front of arms on all look like padding has dissapeared. Sitting on any of them is not a comfortable experience. MB & G insurance sent out technician who offered to insert pads as a “goodwill gesture” . However then he went on to say fix would only be temporary solution so no point. Upshot his report said NOT manufacturer defect so not covered. Under the Sales of goods 2015 legislation goods should be of Satisfactory quality, As described, Fit for purpose and Last A Reasonable Length of Time. These chairs and sofa are neither. They look and feel absolutely terrible. £5000 for furniture that’s last 2 years? OFL have offered to send out a technician from a company they contract MB&G. So same company as warranty company. Assuring me that they will request a different technician. After reading many many reviews I am now convinced that this company will not be impartial. Given they are paid by both adds further doubt. So disappointed as believed had bought high quality high price product from reputable company. Do the right thing Ofl7634759. Updated info as requested

Both assistants very helpful and e/thing explained very well, especially after deciding to buy. Delighted with our TV unit and very well packed.
Purchased 2 Selby power recliner armchairs from Wednesbury store. They were full price in October but we were assured that in the upcoming sales they would price match to themselves and reduce the price as long as the chairs hadn't been delivered yet. Sure enough in the Boxing Day sale the price was reduced by £250 per chair and Oak Furniture were true to their word and reduced our invoice amount by £550. We are very pleased with the comfort and quality of the chairs and would be happy to shop there again and recommend to others.
