The staff were very helpful and informative. Showroom was well presented with a variety of good quality items with a varied range of fabrics and designs. Plenty of parking spaces so know need to rush.
Very impressed from start to finish. Sales team at Peterborough store were very patient and helpful, good communication regarding delivery and delivery guys arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. Lovely furniture, feels well made and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Long delivery time
Had the first lot of furniture delivered last week. Just to mention the great efforts of Kev and Paul with the delivery. Was a top floor flat, so never easy without a lift, but appreciate their help.
We looked on line and ordered, drove to shop to see the product that was that
Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa in November 4th 2024 to be delivered by premium delivery on 28th February 2025.Seven days before delivery we get a message saying the delivery will not arrive until 28th March 2025 due to a problem with the supplier.Weve already waited 4 months and planned around this date this is a disgrace and as a regular customer of oak furnitureland will never be buying anything from them again.Totally unacceptable.

Right from the point of ordering to delivery was very good. Nothing was too much trouble; I changed my order at one point and had to change my delivery date several times, but it was all fine with Oak Furnitureland. On delivery day I received my order two hours ahead of my delivery slot. The delivery men, Sean & Frankie, treated my new furniture & home with respect. They placed my furniture where I wanted it & built the table for me & took away all packaging. I'm delighted with my new furniture; it appears to be very well built & is sturdy, beautiful & functional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oak Furnitureland & would certainly buy from Oak Furnitureland again.
