The store was fantastic. The people who delivered were good. The issue we had was once given a time slot it can not be altered as it is done electronically and no one can manually change it. The people we dealt with were helpful it was more the company policy which was the problem with altering the time slot.
Brilliant staff in the Chester shop, we ended up ordering online due to going back to the shop three times, I thought the sofa was to big but The boss said it would be fine in our living room and she was right!! Hahahah Ordered on a Sunday night, delivery was going to be 2/3 weeks and they messaged me on the Monday about a closer delivery and ended up with it coming the Friday and delivery men was superb. 5* from start to finish!

Friendly, helpful & efficient service
Fabulous furniture, excellent quality. Two lovely delivery men delivered quickly upstairs - very friendly. Queried why I hadn’t paid to have bed put together as very big and heavy for me to do alone and clear packaging from all furniture - told them it gets expensive paying for all the extras. They gave me some quick advice on putting up the bed - really helpful

Helpful salesman polite
Had a date and time offered. 21st February. Today!.. Between 18:30-21:30. Absolutely fine. Two messages sent between 16:00 and 17:00 informing us of a delay. Now, at 23:00 without any call or message I can only assume that we will not see this now?!!…. A mattress on the ground tonight then?!. Yes, we ordered a new bed!!.. Thank you!. Considering that we paid over £100 for the delivery and almost the same for construction?!. I would have expected better from such a reputable company as you. I also called customer service to be fobbed off with the normal jargon and felt no empathy at all. Customer based this is poor!!..
